Oceanfront Beauty with views from every room

  • Right on the beach! Over-sized windows offer panoramic views of the ocean from every room. You can even check out the surf from the comfort of your bed. The second floor kitchen, dining and living spaces all open to the wrap-around deck, offering a view in all directions.
    A spacious primary bedroom with king bed and additional guest bedroom with queen bed are on the second floor, with a full bath. Downstairs, an additional living space is perfect for guests, with two sleeping spaces: one formal bedroom with queen bed, one full bed in the common space, and a full bath. Outside, near the hot tub is a convenient outdoor shower.
    The upstairs and downstairs are not connected inside, but easily accessed by the double staircase just outside. After a full day on the beach, warm your bones in the hot tub or get cozy by the wood fireplace.
    House has one parking space in front. Additional vehicles will need to park on street.
    Gas Grill. EV Charger. Dogs Allowed. Renters bringing pets: Additional pet fee for each pet: $25/night capping out at $150 per week for longer stays, $50 extra cleaning fee. Bed Configuration: 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, and 1 Full sized Bed.

Amazing Getaway - Pure Magic

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My nervous system was grounded the moment I stepped through the door. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean, walking on the beach at sunset, for a bite to eat, or to shop and being minutes from the Matt Davis Trail were all magical. The kitchen is well stocked with high quality kitchenware and I especially loved making fires every day. Everything was clean, and well kept. The beds are super comfortable and my dog loved being there with us too. Can't wait to return!

House was on the beach, easy walk to town, two beds upstairs in main area of house w kitchen(gorgeous ocean view all around. We had our teen daughter and her friends take over the downstairs which is separate from upstairs, they loved having their own space, there are two queen beds and a couch. Hot tub was great too! We had a wonderful stay, highway one has got it down and makes in and out very easy.

Family birthday

We had outstanding weather for our long weekend stay. (Three generations even went boogie boarding together one day). We enjoyed the outdoor spaces, the hot tub and the ease of walking to Parkside for coffee and a dinner out. Being right on the beach to watch incredible sunsets and being able to hear the waves crashing from our bedroom made for a perfect stay.

Stinson Beach Perfection

The most ideal weekend right on the sand. Breathtaking views from every inch, amazing open floor plan. We can't wait to come back again in the summer months. Place was exactly as described and check-in/check-out was effortless. 10/10 would recommend.

Wonderful beach weekend

Just got home from our lovely Stinson weekend and boy was it great! What a treat to arrive at a rental where it’s better in person than in the photos! Clean, stylish, comfortable. Stocked kitchen. Cozy fireplace. Awesome a wrap around deck. Quintessential beach house.

Its one of those houses that you need to experience...walk right outside your door into the sand....but careful not to get too much sand in the hot tub.

Best location for beach getaway!

We loved the house. Super nice to have upstairs and downstairs separate. Perfect orientation for ocean views and sunlight. I loved being in full view of the ocean vs behind a sand dune. We def would rent again.
