  • For a relaxing, low-key beach get-away with family and friends, this is the perfect place. This beach house is clean, comfortable and cozy - set up for relaxing with every possible amenity including a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor patio, lounging area and BBQ island with seating for 8, covered outdoor dining and expansive decks. Down comforters and mattress/pillow protectors on each bed and a clean, private hot tub in the fenced yard. This is a place you can get away to relax, recharge, make great memories with your family and friends.
    IMPORTANT NOTE:
    THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR LOUD NOISE. Several nearby neighbors are full time residents and would be adversely impacted by noise from this property. Unfortunately, this beach house is not the right choice if your group is planning a gathering beyond the stated guest limit of 8. We value a positive relationship with our neighbors. Large or noisy gatherings just won’t work, however this is the PERFECT place for an affordable, LOW-KEY, relaxing beach get-away with your family and friends.

    Located in Stinson Beach Village just 15 steps from the beach. Upstairs bedroom and deck have ocean and beach views. Nicely appointed, comfortable, two story family home with large, flat enclosed sunny yard. Comfortable seating on the patio and expansive decks, just a few houses back from the beach. Open floor pattern and multiple french and sliding doors encourage easy indoor/outdoor living and dining. Pets Are Negotiable.

    Amenities: Garden, Outdoor hot/cold shower, Expansive Decks and patios, Hot Tub, Enclosed yard, 1 Propane Fireplace, Gas BBQ, Weber Grill, BBQ Tools, Central Heating, additional space heater upstairs, 5-Burner Gas KitchenAid Range, Double Oven, Microwave, Washer/Dryer, Coffee Maker, Coffee Grinder, Toaster, Blender, Food Processor, KitchenAid mixmaster, 5 TVs (Cable), 4 DVD Players, Bluetooth Music Player, Wireless High Speed Internet. Parking for 2 cars inside gate.

    Outdoor Equipment: Dining Table and chairs on both upper and lower decks, 5 Lounges, Hammock, Ping pong table, 4 Adirondack chairs. Comfortable sofa and chairs on patio near BBQ.
    Bedrooms: King Bed upstairs, King and Queen bedrooms down the hall and two Twin/Full bunk bed sets in the back bedroom.
    Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms downstairs, each with a tub/shower combination.

Wonderful stat in Stinson over Memorial Day

All aspects our stay was wonderful. The owner cooperated with a small special request, the facilities were immaculate and could not have been better located. The outdoor areas are perfect for family, gatherings and conversation.

3rd Time’s a Charm

It was our 3rd stay here because it’s the perfect beach house. We love it so much we’re booked for next year. It’s well provisioned, comfortable, very close to the beach, close to the center of town, comfortable and very enjoyable.

Great location, wonderful spaces for families!

Had a great time with a wide range of family from grandparents, to teens and kids. Close to town (walkable), and outdoor spaces at the house were great for lounging -- eating, and playing. We particularly liked the ping pong table, hot tub and well-stocked game/ puzzle cabinet.

Warm & wonderful home & location!

Simply one of the best VRBO homes we have ever enjoyed! Both the location and amenities to be found inside and outside were outstanding. There’s lots of room to enjoy curling up alone with a good book, for sharing time with friends/family on various outdoor patios or in the many warm and inviting rooms inside the home.

Ocean vacation

Wonderful vacation. Home is perfect. Ocean, ping-pong, ocean, hammocks, ocean, hot tub, perfect outside couches with great umbrella. All wonderful and peaceful. Perfect home to enjoy a wonderful beach vacation. We loved our time in this home!

Shhh…Don’t tell anyone…

We have stayed at several houses at Stinson Beach and this is our favorite. Cozy, convenient, well appointed and comfortable and it has plenty of room to socialize both inside and out. I’d like to keep it a secret but the lovely hosts deserve all the kudos.

Perfect Stinson Beach winter visit

This house has everything for a perfect Stinson winter visit including a gas fireplace in the main room and an outdoor hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and baking. The beds are super-comfy. I look forward to staying here again!

Wonderful home close to the sand on a quiet street

We loved this house. It was perfect for two families with kids and in addition to being super close to the beach, had at home entertainment (ping pong table and hot tub) for the kids on the cloudy days. The outdoor space is very comfortable to hang out and the indoors was big enough to handle all of us too. The beds were very comfortable as well, which is always a plus. We would stay here again.

Birthday celebration

Six women celebrating a 60th birthday, was the perfect experience in this home. The property owner has everything, very organized, clean, and Will decorated. It was the perfect place to be, right next to the ocean. Thank you for your perfectly lovely home.

Family get together

Great location close to downtown and stores. The beach is a couple doors down. Having the ocean breeze and the sound of the surf coming through the screen door at night brings back memories. My family grew up at Stinson Beach and it was the perfect location to have our family reunion. The house was everything we wanted and more thank you.
