"Nice rooms, clean, great breakfast and hours are great for those that like to sleep in a little longer. The one thing I wish they would change is the coffee maker in the room. Put a Keurig in and take out the cheap coffee maker. Only fitting to have a quality coffee maker in a quality hotel and room."

"I booked through Expedia and they could not find my reservation. Luckily I had the confirmation # and with that they found it finally. Staff member was very polite. Property is clean however in the restroom appeared to be short curly hair around the toilet (yuck) is the reason for 4 star on cleanliness. There is also an odor in the hallways and room. They do not clean your room daily! Thought we were out of covid... No swimming pool or hotub, has a small gym. The bed and pillows was very...

"When we checked in we were made aware that the internet was out. The young lady at the desk was nice and let us know she wasn't sure when the internet would be back. We went ahead and checked in because we were planning on being there for 5 days so we werent worried about it. By the time we went to bed it was back on. That night we had an issue with our towels i went down stairs and no one was at the desk. So we tried to get ahold of someone and we didn't so i waited until morning and the day...

"The staff was very friendly and helpful! The problems were equipment: the electronic key system was old and it took multiple tries to get door unlocked, or the door itself got stuck. This happened in the 3rd floor laundry. Also, the carafe for the coffee maker in the kitchenette in room 307 did not fit the pot so the water never entered the carafe but overflowed from the machine. "

"Liked all the space. Roomy. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff at the deskvery nice Couch had stains on tbe custons, hair on the shower walls when we arrived, but oher than those small issues, i would be back."
