  • Totally remodeled waterfront home with private dock where you can park your boat in your private slip.

    Located 1/4 mile from Evergreen marina. In the summer months the Dam Bar has
    karaoke on the weekends. Winery in the neighborhood.

    You can relax on the patio while the kids play cornhole or swim. Take advantage of the charcoal grill for dinner.

    Clearest water on Eufaula.

    Fish or ride your ATV at the Dam.

    Pets under 40 pounds welcome but must be on leash. Please note there is a pet fee of $100.00.

This was the perfect spot to relax and visit with our in-laws as a family. I think the hammock is the hidden gem I appreciated the most.

This was the easiest most relaxing trip you could ask for. The owners were so easy so accommodating the boat dock was very easy to get to, and the property was clean and very easy to navigate

Great location near Evergreen Marina with beautiful lake views! The house is clean and comfortable with all of the basics. Torrie is fun, friendly, and accommodating. Overall, it was a great stay!

This was our 4th or 5th stay and we really enjoy Terrie’s home. It is quiet and love having a boat slip so we just have to launch our boat once during our stay. The house is lovely and Torrie is super.

Awesome time!

Great place to stay and hang out with family and friends! The fishing is awesome and the house was perfect! Would recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy some relaxing time with family and friends.

Relaxing Retreat

This is a beautiful, quiet property right on Lake Eufaula. The views are truly stunning. The house has everything we needed for our 3 night stay and our hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for a lovely visit!

This home was really great! It rained most of the time we were there, (however, we were able to get some boat time between rains) but we were still able to enjoy the weekend fishing on the double slipped dock! The dock was great and we liked that it had bumpers on the poles to protect the boat. The back deck was really nice as we had toddlers with us we appreciated that it had a gate to corral them! The house its self is lovely and newly updated. Everything worked just fine, no issues. The owner is very kind and was always quick to respond to questions. Don't hesitate to stay at this home.
