Romantic Lakeview Treehouse with Jacuzzi Tub, Loft & Private Balcony

Escape to Honeylight Hideaway, a romantic elevated treehouse designed for two and tucked among the trees overlooking beautiful Lake Eufaula.
The loft bedroom and upper balcony create a true treetop getaway, perfect for enjoying colorful sunsets, peaceful mornings, and star-filled nights. Inside, you’ll find a cozy living area with fireplace and satellite TV, a full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, and a full kitchen with granite countertops, cookware, dishware, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Outside, relax on your private balcony, cook dinner on the gas grill with propane provided, or spend the evening around your private firepit.
Calico Heights sits on 12.5 wooded acres with nine cabins thoughtfully positioned throughout the property for privacy and beautiful views. Guests also have access to shared amenities including our hiking trail, horseshoe area, grassy picnic spaces, swings, storm shelter, and The Trading Post.
The Trading Post is our 24-hour on-property guest supply location near the South Gate and offers small appliances, games, movies, ice, pantry items, toiletries, and other essentials.
Honeylight Hideaway is Cabin #5 with the yellow door.
Calico Heights feels peacefully secluded while remaining convenient to Longtown and Eufaula. Restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and Lake Eufaula activities are only a short drive away. For a nearby meal, we recommend Dobbers Roadhouse in Eufaula.
Pets are welcome with the applicable $50 per-pet fee, with a maximum of two pets per stay.
Please note that Calico Heights overlooks Lake Eufaula but does not have direct lake access. Nearby public swimming and fishing areas are available.
A storm shelter is available on the property during severe weather. Roads are paved nearly all the way to Calico Heights, with the final approximately one mile consisting of maintained gravel road.

Smoking
All Calico Heights cabins are non-smoking inside. Smoking of any substance is permitted outdoors and on patios only. A $200 fee will be charged if smoking is detected inside the cabin.

Pets
Pets are welcome with the applicable fee of $50 per pet, per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets.

Pets not disclosed on the reservation may be subject to a $75 fee per pet.

For the safety and comfort of our guests, pets, and property:

Pets must be leashed when outdoors and in common areas.

Please keep pets off furniture, beds, linens, and Jacuzzi tubs. Pet beds are welcome.

Please pick up after your pet both indoors and outdoors.

Pets should not be left unattended for extended periods unless safely kenneled.

Excessive barking is not permitted.

Excessive pet hair, damage caused by pets, or additional cleaning required because pet guidelines were not followed may result in additional charges.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in and check-out times are established for each cabin. Because Calico Heights operates on a strict cleaning and turnover schedule between guests, early arrival or late departure is only permitted with prior approval.

Unauthorized early arrival or late departure may result in a $50 fee.

We want you to enjoy as much time as possible at the property, so please contact us in advance if you would like to request an adjusted arrival or departure time.

Linens & Towels
Please use the provided makeup towels and appropriate cloths for cosmetics, skin-care products, or other products that may contain bleaching agents.

If provided linens or towels become permanently stained, bleached, or damaged beyond normal use, the following replacement fees may apply:

Bath Towel: $10
Hand Towel: $5
Washcloth: $3
Sheets: $30
Bedspread: $50
Mattress Pad: $70
Robe: $30

Damages
Guests are responsible for damage to the cabin, furnishings, or property beyond normal wear and tear.

Please notify us promptly if something is accidentally broken or damaged during your stay. We appreciate knowing as soon as possible so we can repair or replace the item before the next guest.
