"The 4 stars for staff and service are because it took 3 rooms before we got a room to work. The 1st one had women in it and the system didn't show it. The door for the 3nd room didn't work. So my 87 year old aunt with asthma had to climb stairs to the 2nd floor. The 4 stars for property conditions ..."
