    Step inside to a bright and open great room featuring a beautifully renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an island cooktop with seating for three, and a dining area that seats six while offering serene views of the back deck and dock. The spacious living room boasts a huge wraparound couch, ideal for unwinding after a day on the water or watching the big game.
    The great room opens onto a large screened-in balcony overlooking the Steinhatchee River, fully equipped with an ice machine, gas grill, Blackstone cooktop, and a single gas burner for the perfect fish fry.
    The home’s three bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort: Bedroom 1: Queen bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2: Queen bed with a twin bunk above, closet with dresser, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3: Charming built-in bunk beds, twin-size futon, and a half bath.
    Downstairs, you’ll find ample parking, including covered parking under the house. For added peace of mind, security cameras monitor the lot and dock.
    The private dock is a true highlight, offering convenient boat parking and stunning river views. While the boat lift is unavailable for guest use, the floating dock provides easy access to the water. Plus, there’s a fish cleaning station ready to prep your fresh catch. We also have 2 Kayaks, firepit and cornhole boards for our guest to use.
    Whether you’re here to fish, boat, or simply relax by the river, our home is the perfect getaway to experience the charm of Steinhatchee. Located 1 mile up river from boat ramp. We can’t wait to welcome you!

Quick getaway

We came to scallop point for a quick getaway to relax, and this property did not disappoint! The house is spacious and cozy. The lot was perfect for family fun, and fishing off the dock was relaxing.

This is a fantastic property! Very well equipped super organized and spotless! I would not change a thing and will be back for a longer stay. Best vacation rental yet and I'm old.

The location and house were beautiful. We enjoyed the open concept kitchen and living room. Loved drinking coffee and taking in the wonderful view on the screened porch. The fishing was spectacular. We caught cat fish, croaker, and snook.

Well equipped house!

Stayed here on a fishing trip with my friends, but my wife would have loved this place given all the updates done throughout the house! It even has a super large ice machine to keep your coolers full. Can't say enough good things about this place.

We loved everything about this house and the outside with its dock that we decided to get married there. It was a small family/friend wedding and Missy was very accommodating. We definitely will return again.

Absolutely fabulous

Absolutely beautiful property on deep water river. Plenty of parking for multiple cars, boats and boat trailers. Home was in pristine condition with large porches, updated large kitchen, dining, laundry room, and great room, etc .

Awesome property

Great spot for relaxing and fishing. About a 40 min no wake ride to get to the flats. And you get to come back through fresh water so you don't have to un-salt your boat!

Convenient location to boat ramp.

Claims it sleep six just not six adults comfortably if you're all friends not sharing a bed. Three decent beds and bunk with a nice couch overall clean and cool place.

It was a very nice house. Good space to dock the boat. The river is idle speed only so it is a long ride to get out into the bay I’d say roughly 40 minutes.

Excellent place to stay for all your needs

The house is set up perfectly to accommodate a large family or group of friends. Plenty of room and amenities to keep everyone occupied once your back at the house after a day of being on the water. The dock and washing station made our scalloping trip so easy. Plenty of yard and parking area as well as rear yard to entertain. Second time staying on this property and definitely will not be the last.

BEST HOUSE EVER

We came to this property to fish as we didnt have a boat, but there is a great dock. We caught fish, saw wildlife, heard bobwhites and whipowills. This property is perfect. Everything you nedd is here. Come stay here! you will you could never forget

Birthday getaway

The riverfront home was the perfect place to enjoy and relax on my birthday. The home was beautiful and pristine. The kitchen was well stocked. The porch overlooked the river. It was the best set up for outdoors entertainment. Most of all we enjoyed fishing off the dock. We caught a variety of fish and a couple of blue crabs. We definitely will be booking again soon.
