"My scheduled flight to ZRH was cancelled around midnight NY time, and I was rebooked for a flight arriving the next day. I therefore had to rebook hotel room and pay for 2 nights, with only 1 night stay. Yes, my booking was non-refundable, but would have thought Expedia or Radisson Blu could have made an exception or offered a discount, due to matters beyond my control. Otherwise, room was fine and location and breakfast buffet great."

"This place was literally the worst hotel I ever stayed at. The bedding was dirty, the bathroom sink was so full of hair that it would back up when you attempted to brush your teeth. The bathroom floor was full of water upon check in and the shower head was broken. I complained to the front desk, instead of issuing a new room they gave us a card key to use the shower across the hall. My wife went in to shower and there was a naked man in the room. They gave us a key to an occupied room. I would...

"Quaint place. Quiet town the lake is beautiful breakfast on the covered deck was superb LakeView however our room on the top floor had dormers by bed which we hit our head on multiple times. Room was spacious just not for taller people. Would recommend "

"It’s a dormitory really with a common bathroom on the floor. A little more clarity from the very beginning would have been nice. Otherwise, it said that the booth room was in another room. Too expensive for a dorm. Excellent breakfast though! Clean rooms. "
