2741 at CrossTimbers has unobstructed mountain views from the great room and deck and sweeping views across the valley from the bedrooms and private balconies. It's adjacent to the hot tub and heated pool, and each bedroom has its own private, full bathroom. Remodeled in late 2024, the new kitchen features sleek countertops and appliances, and the dining table can seat 8, or easily expand to seat 10. The great room enjoys home-theater-sized smart TV, including a full in-wall surround sound system, gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings and access to the private deck.

CrossTimbers is a luxury townhome village offering incredible views and an ideal location just 200 yards from the Steamboat Ski Area. Mountain lifestyle and Western heritage merge in the design of CrossTimbers, integrating large logs, river rock, stucco, rough cedar and log rail decks. In addition to an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and sauna, amenities include a tennis court. Each townhome features its own private balcony, washer/dryer and heated garage. There is an additional shared garage as well, and the convenience of private on-call shuttle service is available to CrossTimbers guests in the winter.

During summer, enjoy the easy stroll to the Steamboat Ski Area promenade and the refreshing Rocky Mountain stream that flows through the base area. Summer activities and summer events such as free concerts and art exhibits enhance Steamboat Springs' splendid summertime surroundings.

This property is professionally managed by Mountain Resorts, Steamboat Vacation Expert and the largest locally owned property management company in Steamboat Springs. Our professional front desk staff is available to our guests every day, and check-in is available 24-hours a day in our conveniently located welcome center on Mt. Werner road. We have housekeeping services and a maintenance department should you need assistance with anything at your rental property. Great location and nice home

We enjoyed the house. It was close enough to walk to ski each morning. There is a shuttle that's really convenient as well to go anywhere you need. We had 9 people and didn't need a car. The hot tub is also right across from the front door. It's a good setup, and I'd recommend it.

Great property

This is one of the best properties I’ve stayed at at a ski resort. Very easy shuttle with an app that says when the shuttle is near. Great hot tub 40 feet from our front door. Beautiful layout with four bedrooms. Really great.

Amenities & bus service so wonderful

We did have an excellent time ! But when we booked it ( it’s been changed now ) showed one room with 2 double beds not 2 singles . We made it all work but it was tight . The heated pool , hot tub & dry sauna right across from our front door was awesome . But service was convenient & timely !! Which is much appreciated when you have a couple of “littles “ . Place was very clean & first time we ever stayed anywhere that you had a grand amount of towels !! If our family was smaller ( 8 ) adults we stay there again . But we had 10 adults / 2 kids made it tight fit

Wonderful experience

We had a great stay at the condo. Very spacious. Some pluses that are not accentuated enough…the heated floors were a huge perk, the two car garage was an added bonus, the proximity to the base of the mountain is great, the hot tub, pool, and sauna were literally steps from the condo. Could not recommend a better place.

Great location, even in the summer!

Great location. We liked that three of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. Plenty of space. Able to go for walks right around the building. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked. Carpet and furniture was ok but not great. There were painters right outside our building while we were there so we closed the windows so we did not have to listen to them talking to each other. No AC which was really only an issue the first night.

Nice steamboat rental

The town home is beautiful and decorated so cute! The place is large with lots of space for a big group. The beds were comfy and clean. The place is fancy and beautiful. The only thing to note is: this place doesn't supply salt/pepper or any condiments. There is no tin foil or baggies or cleaning supplies. It is more like a hotel in what it offers. There is a washer/dryer but only 1 pack of detergent. But it did come with plenty of towels. Also note: it doesn't have AC! It was hot!!! We went over Labor day weekend when it was still hot out.

Great for a girls weekend getaway!

The condo was perfect, and as pictured. Check in was easy. Accommodations for seven was perfect. Bus stop was around the corner, city buses were free and an easy schedule. Overall, great weekend no complaints or issues.

Beautiful home in a great location and full of amenities.

This home suited us perfectly. There were two families and we had plenty of space to spread out. The complementary shuttle service was always available to take us to the mountain or to town. We would definitely stay here again!
