Canyon Creek is a fantastic vacation rental complex and location in Steamboat, just a short walk from the Steamboat resort base area, yet only 3 miles from town. Even closer, about 100 yards away from the property, are dining, drinking and grocery options.
Canyon Creek offers all the amenities you are looking for including a heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, a private ski locker and an underground, heating parking garage with an elevator to bring you to the unit.
Canyon Creek A107 itself is a spacious two bedroom condo that has been recently updated. Enter the unit and find a convenient bench, cubbies and hooks, perfect for storing coats, gloves, hats and more.
A short hallway leads you into the fully equipped and beautifully remodeled kitchen, featuring gorgeous granite countertops, stainless appliances and mountain style wood doors and cabinetry. It is stocked with everything you'll need to cook a meal.
Dining options include a stunning, solid wood table with 6 chairs and 3 comfy bar stools at the kitchen counter. There is a little bar off the dining area. Both also make a great place to set up your laptop. Combined with WiFi, this makes Canyon Creek A107 perfect for your remote working needs.
Kick back, relax and warm up by the gas fireplace on the comfortable leather sofa and chair, and watch a game, movie or show on the large flat screen TV.
There is a private deck off the living area with 4 chairs and a table, perfect for enjoying a beverage.
Also off the living area are the two bedrooms, each with flat screen tv’s and lots of storage including drawers and a closet.
The master en suite offers a king bed and its own updated bathroom with a double vanity and tub shower combo.
The bunk room has a twin over full bunk bed plus a trundle twin bed.
There is a second updated full bathroom in the hallway that also has a tub shower combo.
Canyon Creek A107 has a full size washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.
Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.
Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Nice place with great access to the gondola
This was a great home base for our Thanksgiving stay in Steamboat. The conditioned garage, ski lockers, gym, and heated pool/hot tub, and easy walk to the gondola gave us everything we needed -in one place.

We had a great time in Steamboat and this condo was perfect for our family of 4. Great location in the ski village (even though we went in summer) where we could walk easily to the market and restaurants.

I loved our stay here. We made a last-minute detour on the way home from a trip to British Columbia. We stopped in Steamboat to visit some friends. This unit was great! It was quiet, very clean, and I loved the very clean parking garage just right downstairs....What can I say, I love good garages :)

Well Equipped Condo in Perfect Location
Located a very short walk from the gondola base area, this condo is ideally located in close proximity to restaurants and stores and, of course, the mountain. It is also a short drive to the downtown area and other area spots of interest, hikes, river, hot springs, etc. The condo is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The pool and exercise facilities are also a nice plus. Great experience.

Very nice condo with updated look rather than typical ski lodge look. Loved the location in the complex, near pool & work out room which were both great. Plenty of thick, clean towels, well stocked kitchen/appliances. No miscellaneous pantry items or plastic wrap, etc, but not needed for short stay. A/C good to have but rarely used. WIFI & TV’s worked well. Enjoyed walks of 2 miles on paved walk paths right outside complex. Very peaceful during our 3 night stay.

This unit was perfect for our summer stay. Clean and well-stocked, plenty of beds for all our kids, close access to the pool. The AC was a lifesaver during the hot days. Couldn’t find an open spot in the parking garage one evening, but otherwise parking wasn’t an issue. We would absolutely stay here again!

Mountain Getaway
We had a fun family trip to Steamboat Springs before school started. Our home away from home was great. It was unusually hot during our stay, so we were grateful for the AC unit. The kids loved having bunk beds and being close to the pool and hot tub. Having gelato right down the street was a bonus as well! The host was responsive throughout our stay, checking in to see if we needed anything. Lots of activities close by. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Canyon Creek A107 is a fabulous condo with a great location near the base. iTrip was great, accommodating and very communicative with reminders etc. We asked for an early check-in when we arrived and they were able to make this happen too. It is easy to walk over to the base for dinner, Wild Plum for groceries, Mountain camp, skiing in winter, etc. The condo has partial AC in the living room which is really nice and the bedrooms stayed pretty cool in the evening with the windows open and fans. It is clean and well equipped with everything you would need. We were there for 1.5 weeks and there were even enough laundry pods for us--oh that is another bonus--full washer and dryer in the unit which is so nice and hard to find! We would love to stay here again. We have been coming to Steamboat since 2019 and my husband said this is his favorite spot we have rented!

Sweet Spot
We visited Steamboat, this Fall, for the first time to race Run Rabbit Run. The campus was clean and well maintained. There was a gym, outdoor pool (unheated) and a hotbtub (well heated). Check in is at the front desk in the center of campus. The site manager is only responsible for handing out keys. Itrip is responsible for all your ongoing concerns regarding your stay. Itrip is located off site in Steamboat and are very responsive. Parking is underground. It was clean and appeared to be secure, requiring key entrance. The condo itself was well equiped. We appreciated having laundry in the condo. Everything worked as it should. If you were to need AC the condo has been retrofitted. We did not use AC. The master bed was one of the most comfortable mattresses we've slept on (shhot, forgot to look at the brand). The location was spot on as it was only a few blocks to Gondola Square w food and shopping. We would stay here again.

Beautiful Steamboat
We enjoyed a month's vacation at Canyon Creek. Checking in was easy and the location of the unit was terrific. We were close to the pool and it was a quick walk to the Mountain. One of the main reasons that I chose this location is because it was advertised as having AC. Colorado in August can be hot. The AC was in the living room, which meant that you needed to leave the bedroom door open which could be a problem. Luckily the AC was only needed for the first two weeks. Also be aware that the condo is alongside a busier road so there is constant road noise. For most people it would be fine but for me I found it distracting.
The kitchen had everything you could need and the support of Itrip was terrific.
