A beautiful, top-floor condo perfect for your next vacation to Steamboat Springs, this home includes a grand living area ideal for hosting get-togethers with old friends, plus ski locker access and a private washer/dryer to help you relax and enjoy every moment of your trip! This particular unit is located on the third floor and is accessible by stairs only. The elevated location enhances your privacy and offers a more peaceful retreat after a day of adventure.

Completely remodeled, this luxury condo features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, new carpet, cabinets, and bathroom tile to allow each guest to relax in style. The well-equipped kitchen features a spacious breakfast bar and dining area offering everyone a place to spread out or enjoy meals together. The living area is comfortable and rustic with a gas fireplace and exposed wooden beams on the vaulted ceilings. Plus, there is a private balcony accessible from the living room and primary bedroom to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine!

The primary bedroom features an attached bathroom. There is a queen bed and a twin bed in the second bedroom and an additional full bathroom right next door. For extra sleeping space, there is a sofa bed in the living area.

Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

You’ll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! You’ll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
