A great value property located less than 1 mile from the Gondola, a quick shuttle ride away. Summer guests will enjoy direct access to the Yampa River Trail system for walking, running, etc. This 3 bedroom will comfortably sleep 8 and has 2 decks with views of the ski area. There are 3 different levels so you can spread out and relax.Book online with confidence as our highly trained Vacation Rental Specialists, who are available 7 days per week, can help complete your booking.

** Rental Agreements, Security Deposits, Rental Requirements - All hotels and rental properties have some rules and are subject to some amount of laws or regulations. ** Air Conditioning - Most mountain resort properties were not built with air conditioning. During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. Check the average high and low temperatures and weather forecast for your dates of travel, and look at the list of amenities to see if AC or fans are part of the rental property and look for ceiling fans in photos.
** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary. Security cameras and noise monitoring devices are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains available for rental, and in good condition, for your benefit. ** Cleaning Fees & Lengthy Rental Periods - The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning, which is to be performed after the rental period has ended. For guests who are booking a lengthy stay of more than one week, a mid stay-cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for the second week, third week, and so on. Easy access to city shuttle bus services to the town and ski area. Decor could use some updating from the 1970s style furnishings. It was clean and comfortable enough. Good value for the money. We got five beds in a three bedroom condo which is what we needed for our guy’s ski trip.

The house was in great condition, everything worked. Some may think the decor was dated, but I liked it. It reminded me of my childhood. The location was great for skiing at steamboat. The garage was convenient for storing ski gear but our large SUV didn't fit.

Great place to stay at steamboat

We stayed here Jan 8-16 with 4 adults. It's Not quite as fancy as some of the other properties at steamboat (eg, no granite countertops), but it was great. It was an easy walk to the bus to the resort. Walk the the road, turn left, and walk an equal distance to the stop. It's about 300 steps. Some tips if you're using the bus: google "sst green bus". That'll give you the schedule download the "go steamboat" app. That'll let you track the bus in real time

Spiders in a dirty condo

This place needs pest control. There were spiders throughout the house and not something the girls felt comfortable with. The place also needs a professional cleaning service. This was the dirtiest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Went to open the fold out bed in the couch and when we lifted the cushions there was a bunch of food under them. Cobwebs throughout. Edges of carpet very dusty/dirty thoughout. Mold on the shower walls. Dirty shower curtains. Spider webs/eggs in the sliding glass door track. Other than those issues… The bedding & towels were clean and smelled fresh. No bed bugs. Loved being able to park in the garage. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed from the coffee pot, pans, plates, etc.. overall our family of 8 fit nicely into this spidery, spacious rental. We will not book again due to the spiders and how dirty it was. If you have anyone in your family afraid of spiders this is not the rental for you.

Great overall, could use minor improvements

Overall, we had a great stay at this condo in Steamboat. It was our second time staying here and we would consider staying here again in the future. A few minor things that could be improved- the garage/downstairs smelled smoky; there were empty beer cans under the bunk bed upon arrival; and the biggest inconvenience was no body wash, shampoo, or conditioner

Great condo for ski vacation

Clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy but had all we needed for 4 adults. Plenty of kitchen utensils for eating in. Fast wifi for bringing our own Roku and streaming. Garage for car was great to have.

Comfortable and convenient in Steamboat

Access to the condo shuttle removes the complexity of driving and parking at the slopes. Garage on the first floor serves as a convenient mud room before entering the living space. Three bedrooms provided plenty of sleeping space for our five adults, with room for more. Kitchen is a bit cozy, but handled our cooking and serving needs well. Washer and dryer provided a welcome refresh on our clothing mid-week after a few days of skiing. Would stay here again.

It felt like home

The kitchen had all the cooking needs you could think of. Bedrooms were arranged nice. Location to all of Steamboat was very convenient. We loved being able to park our truck in the garage. There was plenty of other parking as well. Check in and check out was very easy. The towels and linens were plentiful. It was a very nice stay for us and our family. Thank you for having us.

Basic accommodation

Unit is dated and not as nice as appears in photos. There was a damp smell downstairs and ants in the downstairs bathroom. I found a used tissue under the bed so do not think the cleaners did a great job between guests. Also the upholstery is stained. No internet tv- only cable. On the positive side, the heaters worked great and the hot water was plentiful. Lots of nice clean towels. . All the appliances worked. In general the unit is dated and could use a modernization but it served our purpose and was one of the least expensive places we could find. The location is good. We didn’t take the shuttle but opted to drive to the free parking lot down the road. This wasn’t a problem during the week but on Sunday the lot filled up early.
