Offering five bedrooms, an additional sleeping loft, and an unbeatable location within walking distance of the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort, this spacious EagleRidge townhouse is a wonderful home base for your next family vacation in winter, spring, summer, or fall. The main level is open and designed for mingling, allowing you to spend time with your loved ones as you prepare meals in the beautifully equipped kitchen, toast your toes by the gas fireplace, and watch movies on one of the seven TVs. Walk home from the mountain (or hop on board the free winter shuttle) each afternoon to survey the spectacular landscape on the large private deck, grab a warm pair of socks or a swimsuit from the washer/dryer, and take advantage of community amenities that include a heated pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a fitness center, a steam room, and massage services. At night, there are five bedrooms to choose from - a master suite with a king-size bed and a soaking tub, a second king suite, a queen suite, a fourth bedroom with a twin daybed and a trundle, and a fifth bedroom with a twin-over-full captain's bunk - as well as a loft with a queen-size sleeper sofa.

This home is part of the EagleRidge Townhomes in Steamboat Springs, which are ideally located a quarter-mile from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter, you'll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find Iron Waffle and Coffee Co., the wonderful neighborhood store WildPlum, and Steamboat BrauHaus. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and fantastic restaurants, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
