Gorgeously situated on the top floor of EagleRidge Lodge, this two-bedroom condo brings beautiful views and an unbeatable location to your next escape to Steamboat Springs. Come home from a day spent skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, or hiking to prepare a hearty meal in the fully equipped kitchen, share stories of the day's adventures with a mug of cocoa at the breakfast bar or the dining table for six, or simply kick back by the gas fireplace, outside on the balcony, or in front of one of the three smart TVs and two DVD players. Spend summer afternoons barbecuing on the Weber gas grill on the balcony, and winter evenings checking the mountain report on the free WiFi as your clothes spin in the private washer/dryer. On the grounds, you'll also be treated to a heated pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a fitness center, a steam room, massage services, and a winter shuttle to connect you to Steamboat's countless attractions.

This condo is part of the EagleRidge Lodge in Steamboat Springs, a complex that's ideally positioned just a quarter-mile stroll from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter months, the resort offers 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain, highlighted by the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Unit was very nice

Overall property was getting a little tired. Out of towels by the pool. Elevator was broken, so had to lug everything up the stairs. “Should be repaired later today or tomorrow!” Didn’t happen.. No shade or curtain in the 2nd bedroom overlooking the pool area. “Should be repaired by tomorrow!” Didn’t happen. We were their to ski and for that, it was excellent, with shuttles running throughout the day and evening for dining. Really like the unit itself and the appliances were all top notch. I would definitely stay here again when returning to Steamboat. Snow and skiing was fantastic!

Clean, convenient, fabulous

Staying at EagleRidge was a great experience. Communication with the front desk was a breeze, but the property manager, Vacasa, was difficult to get in touch with. This unit was very clean and well appointed. The beds were adequate but mattresses were way to soft. The location was superb and shuttle to mountain and town was very helpful.

Cozy and beautiful views

We have stayed in many condos or homes over the years and this one was the top one!! Very well stocked. Everything you could think. We came to ski and the free shuttle provided was perfect. Never waited more than a couple minutes for it to drop us at the Gondola Square. Slopes very close. Condo just as pictured. We look forward to booking again next year.

We were very pleased with this beautiful condo. It was clean and equipped with all the necessities. Although it was very hot in Steamboat during our stay, the numerous fans that were provided helped keep it tolerable inside. We’d stay here again without question.

No AC, wouldn’t stay here in the summer

This unit was immaculately clean and well decorated. The entire staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Location was great. BUT…it was 84 degrees inside when we arrived and there was no AC. Nightly, we slept with windows open and 9 fans running. It wasn’t comfortable until the morning each morning and then again by mid afternoon it was too hot to even hang out in it. Uncomfortable sleep really added up after a week and that was extremely disappointing on vacation. From what we gathered, many places don’t have AC in Steamboat but we honestly felt scammed by not being told. This is probably a great place in the spring, fall, and winter but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody that enjoys sleeping during the summer.

Great property and location!

The property was clean and as described in the listing. The location was great and within walking distance to the lifts. The second bedroom was small and basically all beds but it was still a great place and I would rent it again.

Great location. Beautifully decorated.

We had a great ski vacation at this beautiful property. It is walking distance to the base for shopping or grabbing a bite to eat. However, we were very grateful for the lodge shuttle that dropped us off/picked us up with all our ski gear on. The condo is beautifully decorated and welcoming. We liked (4 adults) had plenty of seating in the living room & at the kitchen table. Kitchen is very well appointed with all the essentials. However, the cooking area is very tight if you have a few "cooks" in the family. There are three hot tubs open (reservation is required) for soaking after skiing. Over all we had a great time!
