This exquisite property is not only a luxurious residence but also an ideal retreat welcoming guests to enjoy all the home has to offer. Immerse yourself in the lap of luxury with carefully curated designer furnishings throughout the townhome. Every detail has been considered to provide both comfort and style. Experience the joy of spacious living with the open floor plan seamlessly connecting living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and entertainment. Highlights of this property include air conditioning throughout, a rooftop deck with a private hot tub, a 2 car garage and views of the ski area abound!

The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, sleek countertops, and ample storage space, making it a haven for culinary enthusiasts. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's and 3 of 4 have air conditioning. The primary bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom with a double sink vanity and a large walk-in closet. The lower level queen bedroom also has an en suite bathroom and is the most private of the bedrooms being the only room on ground level. The bunk room is perfect for all the little ones of the group. With 1 twin bunk and a queen bed under the 3rd twin bunk, this room sleeps 5! With the Jack and Jill bathroom attached sharing with the 4th bedroom, this is ideal for one family. All the bathrooms feature modern fixtures, elegant tiling, and high-end finishes.

Getting to the mountain or downtown is a breeze if you want to take advantage of the free city bus service. The closest stop is just a 1 minute walk away. TO GET TO THE SKI AREA: The Wildhorse Gondola is a one minute drive from the property, or you can walk to or from it in about 8 minutes. If you have anyone in your group who is not quite ready to hit the slopes, have them drop you off at the Gondola Transit Center. It's only a 3 minute drive.

Parking is available in the 1 car garage (13x17 max footage for parking). Room for 2 cars immediately behind the garage. No RV's or trailers allowed!

Four Seasons Steamboat manages this vacation rental home in Steamboat on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company. We are here in Steamboat Springs to solve any issue that might arise or answer questions you might have. We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes is stocked with what you need to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap, tissues, etc…

You will be required to electronically sign our booking contract to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Property Damage Protection for $3000 and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a 100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.

Urban Reserve is perfect for families and groups. We realize you will be on vacation but this home is located in a neighborhood with year round residents. Summer time means open windows in Steamboat at night, and sound carries. Loud parties, music or outside gatherings on the decks after quiet hours are not tolerated. We ask you please be respectful of the neighbors and the character of this neighborhood. If you feel that your group can't abide by quiet hours, please look at another one of our homes or give us a call or email to discuss. Thank you for your respect and understanding!

The condo was brand new and came fully equipped with kitchen utensils, towels, great hot tub & ski boot heater. Location was convenient to ski shuttle and town. A major negative is the condo is next door to a parking lot for snow plows that were exceptionally noisy at night!

Very nice property with all the amenities that were needed to make for a great family vacation feel like a home away from home. Weather was warm in the afternoons so the A/C was nice to come back to each day! Property managers did a great job of handling any questions, concerns, or issues we had in a very timely manner! Very clean residence.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Decor beautifully done. Very convenient to get to the mountain and common area exquisite place to unwind. They responded very quickly to anything we needed. It was well stocked with anything we needed including drying station for wet equipment . I highly recommend!

Urban Reserve is fantastic. It's a new unit on the corner so each floor of the condo has amazing light and great views, particularly from the roof top hot tub. The rooms are set up well for a group of friends or family. All the furnishings and design choices are above and beyond what you typically see for lodging in this price range. Also, the garage is heated, has ample ski storage and a great boot/glove heater. The management company is also super helpful. And what's not listed is the fact that the free town shuttle, to the mountain or town, is a 4 minute walk from the home.
