  • Treat yourself to a wonderful home that your family will come to love year after year! Kick your boots off and hang up your jacket as you enter this rustic, cabin-style ski-in/out condo. Opening up to a lovely living area with a cozy gas fireplace, huge TV, DVD player, and a large wraparound couch, there will be plenty of room for the whole family. Year-round fun is available for every kind of guest, as the ski runs, shared pool, and fitness facility are all within a short walk of home base. After everyone has returned from a full day of fun, enjoying a cocktail on the furnished balcony while dinner cooks in the immaculate kitchen will be a great way to settle down and reminisce with loved ones. Plus, with brand new stainless steel appliances and bar seating for 10, the chef of the group will be able to whip up favorite meals with ease while still being part of all the fun!

    The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, and underground on-site parking. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and you can shop to your heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

    No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.
    Please be advised that there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in May of 2026.
    Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Great location & comfortable condo

Ski-in/ski-out. Near lots of restaurants and ski rental company. Well stocked kitchen with great island for playing games. Would stay here again.

Super clean, late 1990’s throwback condo in great location!

This place was nice! Good quality & clean. The decor screams twenty years ago, but it’s all perfectly functional. Awesome views from the balcony.

This 3 bedroom condo has plenty of room for family and friends. The kitchen/dining seats 10! and all beds and furniture are comfy. You won't be disappointed.

I got high 5's from my husband and kids when we opened the door to this unit. It really was very nice and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with the exception of the grocery store, we could walk to all the things we wanted to do. I'm hoping we have the opportunity to stay again in the future.

Wonderful Location in Steamboat

This was the perfect Condo for our family. Great view of the Mountain and Wild blue Gondola lift. We could see the line forming from the living room and time our short walk to the snow to click in and start skiing!! A true Ski in and Ski out Condo. Having the Sport shop / Rentals next door saved us as my old ski coat started disintegrating and I had to buy a new one. We also picked up goggles for the grandkids...great prices and right on the way to the lift. The Condo was very well equipped. We cooked several meals but also took advantage of the many restaurants within a short walking distance. loved this place! Like Arnold says...we'll be back.

Wonderful stay

The condo was clean and well stocked. Everything worked perfectly and there’s was nothing that we needed that wasn’t provided. We Safeway delivered groceries and the front desk even helped the delivery person take out food to the unit. Excellent amenities. We used the free shuttle three times and there was never a wait longer than ten minutes.

Near perfect stay in a great location

Our group really enjoyed this condo. So convenient for getting on and off the slopes, renting equipment, restaurants, and amenities. Would we book it again? most certainly - but would first check that the heating issue is resolved. Two of the three bedrooms struggled to reach above 60 degrees. That’s with the thermostat cranked all the way up. Granted the outdoor temps ranged between -20 and 20 during our stay. The rest of the condo was at a comfortable temperature. A few of the outlets weren’t working as well. Be aware that the kitchen did not have any oil, butter, etc. so you will need to supply that. Otherwise those minor things the condo experience was fantastic. We particularly like the shuttle service

Great place to stay

First the staff at the Torium were fantastic. We had a couple of issues with the ice machine and some gnats when we called the staff was quick to respond, helpful, and followed up until problems were solved. Great customer service. The condo was spacious however stated it had a/c which it did but only in bedrooms - the kitchen and family room were not. Beds were comfortable-kitchen well stocked with cooking needs.
