Timber Run complex located just above the intersection of Walton Creek and Village dr. The property offers day time shuttle to the gondola square from 8 to 4:30. There is one large heated pool and 3 hot tubs with key code access. There is also a hot sauna in the building by the hot tubs. In the evening there is a free city bus to get to downtown Steamboat or you can walk talk to the base as its less then a 10 minute walk.

As our guest, you'll have private access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. Your stay also includes full access to the fantastic amenities at Timber Run, one of Steamboat’s most popular communities:

Timber Run is one of Steamboat’s most popular vacation rental communities — and for good reason. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sits only three blocks from the gondola/base area, within easy walking distance to skiing, restaurants, pubs, and shopping. In the winter, guests can also enjoy the convenience of a free shuttle service to and from the mountain.

The master suite features a plush king bed, flat-screen TV, and a recently updated private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with a full bath across the hall, while the living room includes a comfortable queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Timber Run offers a looping ski shuttle 8 to 4:30 every day. There are free city buses close by to get to Steamboat downtown.

Please be aware of the following important details for your stay:
* **Laundry:** There is no washer or dryer inside the unit. A coin-operated laundry room is conveniently located for your use in the community Clubhouse.
* **Occupancy:** In accordance with city regulations, all individuals, including infants and children, count toward the total guest occupancy of 6.
* **Mail Service:** Mail and package delivery (e.g., Amazon, FedEx) are not available to the condo. Please arrange for alternative delivery options if needed.
