  • Nothing beats a long-awaited getaway to Steamboat Springs, so relax in style and make new mountain memories at this beautiful condo sitting within walking distance of the lifts! Regardless of the time of year, this retreat offers fun-filled days. Come winter, you can head over to the mountain for some fresh powder and in the warmer times of the year, the shared pool will be the best place to soak up some sunshine. Not to mention, a long soak in the shared hot tub is always a good idea. Returning to home base will be a treat, as everyone can gather at the dining table for a home-cooked meal or step outside for a cocktail on the balcony. With a fully equipped kitchen, the chef of the group will be in paradise with all of the appliances of home. Plus, the fireplace, flatscreen TV, and free WiFi will be the perfect combination for a cozy movie night with the whole family.

    The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, underground on-site parking, and more. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and guests can shop to their heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

    No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.
    Please be advised that there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in May of 2026.
    Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Great condo!

I stayed here with two work colleagues during off season. It was VERY quiet in the area, but all the amenities were available which was great. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable and it made for a great space to collaborate. I hope to be able to come back and stay with my family during ski season!

June 2025 Family Vacation

Great room and location. Well stocked kitchen and everything we needed. Only complaint we really had is it needs air conditioning added. Pretty rough during the day and had to open doors and windows at night to try and get air in to cool it down enough to sleep.

Great location

Location was amazing. Quick walking distance to the mountain and not too far of a drive from downtown which had plenty of free parking. Rooms were good and all had their own bathroom. Unit is a bit dated but you don’t go to steamboat to spend time indoors. Will be staying here again.

Comfy and easy

Staying in Torian Creekside unit 211 was the perfect spot for our family vacation. We loved how easy it was to ski in and out of the building! We also loved that we could cook some meals in the well-equipped kitchen or get takeout at numerous restaurants within a 2 minute walk! We loved hot tubbing and swimming in the pool, all while staring at the beautiful mountain view! This such a convenient and comfy condo, we’ll definitely be back!

Great location. Easy in/out. Loved having the ski lockers. Unit was well equipped and very clean. Heard trucks at 5:30 every morning but I think that is just a function of being so close to the base/trails. Otherwise it would definitely be 5 stars.

Great for ski vacation

The place was in a great ski in/out location. Clean, well appointed. Service from management was great and the free on demand shuttle was a nice perk. Only negatives: the bunk bed was shaky and wobbled. And the condo had a lot of road noise in the very early morning hours.

Great Place to Stay!

Nicely furnished, spacious, and comfortable. Sizeable kitchen to easily prepare food, we ate all our meals in the unit. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. A literal walk-out to the slopes. Staff was very helpful when we had questions. We would definitely stay there again on a return trip!

Perfect everything!

We can’t say enough great things about this condo! It has everything we could have hoped for and more. It is beautifully and warmly decorated, very comfortable, clean, and spacious, and in in the most ideal location ever! We loved skiing out in the morning, skiing home to take a break for lunch — either in the condo or at one of the 4 great restaurants in the building’s plaza, and skiing back out for the afternoon. It was also amazing to warm up in one of the hot tubs before dinner. The owners were also amazing to deal with and had tons of suggestions for how best to enjoy the slopes and the town. We’ll definitely be back!

The best location!

We’ve been returning to Torian Plum for over two decades and absolutely love the location and all the conveniences of this property. The pool and hot tub area have been recently renovated and the overall property is in great shape. This unit, along with many of the others, need updating. Although they are all very well equipped, they lack the appeal of many of the other more modern properties at this price point. This particular unit has a great view of the slope with three bedrooms and bathrooms. We love being right next to Slopeside Grill and the new coffee joint right outside the door was a huge bonus. Ski storage was extremely convenient. This unit had some unexpected construction work going on that was not completed upon our arrival. Overall we are hoping for some renovations to the inside of the condos to match the outside appeal everywhere else.

The perfect spot - comfortable, convenient, and chic!

This unit is the ideal place to stay for a ski vacation for either a family or a group of friends. Steps from the mountain, we could roll out of bed and be on the slopes in minutes, and our group didn’t need to coordinate when we wanted to get to the mountain, everyone could just go when they were ready. The unit itself was perfectly equipped - super comfy beds, spacious kitchen, and we also loved the fireplace. The décor and ambience is perfect for a ski trip too. The additional amenities of the complex were the cherry on top: multiple hot tubs to use after skiing and convenient underground parking so our car was also toasty warm and never covered in snow. This condo made our trip easy and fun - no logistics to deal with, just convenience and proximity to an amazing mountain!

This apartment was absolutely beautiful and very cozy and comfortable. We had a few issues but they were all resolved for us quickly. There was a washer and dryer which was a nice surprise!
