Mountain Vacation Lodging is proud to present Storm Meadows Club C-220, a true ski in/ski out, two bedroom condo offering the perfect blend of slope side convenience and cozy comfort. With a prime location, inviting interior, and access to great amenities, this home away from home is sure to become your family's favorite ski retreat.

The Property:
Step into the inviting living room, where a wood burning fireplace sets the tone for relaxing evenings after a day on the slopes. A comfortable sleeper sofa, multiple armchairs, and a large HDTV make this the perfect space to unwind or enjoy a movie night. A dining table for four and bar seating for three create a great setting for meals, games, or simply enjoying time together.

The warm and functional kitchen is perfect for family meals, with ample counter space, full size appliances, and all the essentials you need to cook up everything from quick breakfasts to hearty dinners together.
Bedroom 1 features a plush California king size bed, HDTV, and ceiling fan, along with a private ensuite bathroom for added comfort and privacy. Bedroom 2 includes two twin beds and offers direct access to the wrap around patio, making it a bright and refreshing space to wake up in. Bathroom 2 is conveniently located nearby and includes a shower/tub combo.

Outside, the wrap around patio is perfect for enjoying fresh mountain air or morning coffee with outdoor seating to take in the peaceful surroundings.
Whether you're here for winter adventure or summer mountain fun, this comfortable and well-located condo is the ideal base for your Steamboat getaway.

Location:
This location is ideal year round. In the summer, enjoy direct access to Routt National Forest, perfect for hiking or biking right from your condo. Keep your eyes open for wildlife, especially moose, as this area near Burgess Creek is prime moose habitat.
In the winter, that same trail access becomes true ski-in/ski-out convenience. Just take the elevator down, grab your gear from the heated indoor ski and snowboard locker room, step outside, click in, and go! A short, beginner friendly access trail connects you to the groomed Right O Way ski run and the base area. Returning is just as easy. Ski down Right O Way, veer right onto the Storm Meadows Ski In Access trail, and follow the signs straight back to the building. Both the ski in and ski out paths are mostly flat with gentle terrain.
Come spring, summer, and fall, the ski trails transform into scenic paths for hiking and biking. With the forest right outside your door, outdoor adventure is always just steps away!

The Amenities:
This property also comes with "club" amenities. Besides the ski locker room, the building also has its own hot tub, which faces southwest for great sunset views. If you exit the front door of the building, you'll find the clubhouse straight ahead, about 125 yards away. The clubhouse has an attendant, a small lounge area, and dual locker rooms with restrooms, showers, and saunas. The clubhouse provides direct access to the heated pool and hot tub area. Even the pool deck is heated, keeping it free of snow in winter months. The upper level of the clubhouse has a nice large fitness center and provides access to the tennis court. Also, in summer, the HOA brings out sunbathing loungers and tables with umbrellas. These facilities are really nice to have when you're not out exploring the surrounding areas or taking part in the many events and attractions of Steamboat. Who doesn't want to hop in the pool or a hot tub after a day of adventure?

Shuttle Service and Getting Around:
In the summer, pretty much everyone wants to have a car with them. How else would you get to and from all the wilderness areas, parks, rivers, lakes, and national forest trailheads? In ski season, guests will love this location, and the fact that you probably don't need a car! That's because in ski season the development has a free private shuttle service. During the day, it loops back and forth to and from Gondola Square, the heart of the mountain village. From there, you can easily walk throughout the mountain village, or hop on the free city bus for a ride anywhere in town. Many of the ranches and attractions or winter activities outside of town, such as snowmobiling or the Strawberry Park Hot Springs, offer a tour option where they'll come pick you up. So you have lots of options outside of renting or bringing a car. If you're planning to head out to explore town during ski season, at night, that's when you might need to make use of one of Steamboat's taxi options. Fortunately, for guests at this condo, you probably won't need transportation much at all. Once you have your skis or boards, starting your day is as simple as getting yourself ready and strapping on your skis or board!

Arrival, Accessibility, Layout and Parking:
– Once you book, we're here to support you before, during, and after your stay. We will provide you with arrival instructions, local information, and answer any questions you might have.
– Accessing the property: There about 8 stairs from the parking lot to the condo.
– Parking: There is parking for 2 vehicles max at this condo. Parking is an outdoor lot and spaces are not assigned. Sorry, trailers are not allowed, per HOA guidelines. If you need additional parking options, please contact us for more information.
– 4WD vehicle information: The roads to this property are well maintained. However, please note that your route to the area may include a mountain pass. The roads in Steamboat which lead to and from this property are generally easy to navigate and well maintained. When traveling during snow and winter weather conditions, 4 Wheel Drive or All Wheel Drive and tires with good tread are recommended.

Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. Check the average high and low temperatures and weather forecast for your dates of travel, and look at the list of amenities to see if AC or fans are part of the rental property and look for ceiling fans in photos.
** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Security cameras and noise monitoring devices are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains available for rental, and in good condition, for your benefit.
