Boasting the convenience of a true on-mountain location, this exquisite ground floor residence is beautifully appointed and offers ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom luxury condo offers 1,550 square feet of living space and features two primary suites, each with a king bed and private bathroom, and a third bedroom, also with an en suite bathroom, making it an ideal setup for two families traveling together. This newly renovated condo has an open floor plan, with the kitchen flowing directly into the dining area and living room. Cozy up in front of the gas fireplace and enjoy the view of the ski hill from the large windows, or sit outside and take in the mountain air from the private outdoor patio.

The living room offers a large, wraparound leather sofa with additional seating in a comfortable armchair, all centered around the stone gas fireplace. It features a 70” TV and a cabinet full of games, puzzles and books for your enjoyment.

The kitchen and dining area are spacious and fully equipped, and the private patio features a gas grill and outdoor seating.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The first primary suite has a king bed and a full bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower and a large jetted tub. There is a 50” Smart TV, a guest closet and ample extra storage space in the large built-in dresser and separate storage chest. In addition, this bedroom offers a pull-out desk to convert the room into a private workspace. This bedroom features large mountain-facing windows and a glass door opening up to the patio.

The second primary suite has a king bed and full bath. This room has a 40” Smart TV, guest closet and large dresser, in addition to a glass door opening up to the patio.

The third bedroom sleeps 5 in XL twin beds, featuring custom built-in bunk beds and an XL twin trundle. This adorable mountain bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a 32” Smart TV, and storage space in two dresser drawers. This bedroom is notably smaller than the primary suites, but makes for a cozy and unique mountain experience. Each bunk offers a dimmable light adjacent to a personal wall outlet. Please note this bedroom does not offer a guest closet for use or a window.

AMENITIES
This residence includes complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV (there are four flat-screen TVs), a washer-dryer in-unit, and assigned covered parking for one car with an additional uncovered parking lot for a second car on a first-come, first-served basis.

There are spacious, private ski lockers down the hall that lock your gear with your condo key. Access the slopes by walking across the parking lot to drop into the ski trail maintained by the condo association, which loops into the Right-O-Way ski run. Or, if you prefer, take the daytime shuttle which runs every 30 minutes (typically from 8am-4:30pm) all ski season from the parking lot adjacent to the condo to the Gondola Transit Center. The Right-O-Way green run converts into a hiking/biking path in the summers, making this location a perfect mountain playground all year round.

You are steps away from the condo amenities, including a large outdoor heated pool, saltwater hot tub, fitness center, sauna, and seasonal tennis/pickleball court (with pickleball racquets available for your use). The pool is heated to around 90 degrees in the winter and makes for a delightful après-ski experience. The amenities are open the entire year, but hours are shorter during the shoulder seasons (typically after Labor Day until Thanksgiving and from the close of ski season until Memorial Day). Hours are longer during the ski season (Thanksgiving to April) and summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day).

THINGS TO NOTE:
Cleanliness is extremely important to us. All linens, towels, and duvet covers are professionally laundered between every guest stay.

No Air Conditioning: As is typical in Steamboat Springs homes, this property does not have air conditioning. However, ceiling fans in the living room and two primary bedrooms ensure a comfortable flow of air to keep you cool during the summer months. Additionally, a fan is provided in the bunk room to enhance airflow and ensure all guests stay comfortable.

Ski-In/Ski-Out Access: While this property offers convenient ski-in/ski-out access, please note that snow conditions vary from year to year. There is no guarantee of ski-in/ski-out availability during early or late ski season, or in extreme cases when Mother Nature doesn’t cooperate.

Wildlife in the Area: The surrounding area is home to both bears and moose, so we encourage you to familiarize yourself with local mountain safety guidelines for wildlife. These majestic creatures may be spotted in the vicinity, adding to the unique charm of the area.
