This stylish, third-floor condo is conveniently located only steps from the community hot tub and a short walk from Gondola Square and Steamboat Ski Resort, the ideal setup for a fantastic ski weekend with friends and family!

Boasting a gorgeous brick gas-fireplace, exposed wood joists supporting the wood-paneled ceiling, and lots of natural light and comfortable furniture, this mountain chalet is perfect for your next mountain vacation. Spread out on a comfy sofa to play with the kids, enjoy a good novel, or watch a good movie on the large TV. You'll love the wood accents, the natural light, and the attractive decor throughout the home, especially when you entertain your dinner guests with delicious food prepared in the well-equipped full kitchen. Serve up to six guests at the dining table or take your meals out to the private balcony to enjoy an alfresco meal.

The main bedroom features a TV and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom boasts a TV, and an additional full bathroom.

Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

You’ll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! You’ll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
