Walk into the middle floor with immediate access to the mudroom and heated garage for storing all your gear. Also on the middle floor is laundry room with double set of Speed Queen washer / dryer for efficiently completing any laundry needs. Continue past the laundry room to the 2 middle floor bedrooms with high end king beds. Between the bedrooms find the full bathroom with shower and tub.

Go upstairs from the middle floor to arrive in the main living space on the upper level. On the upper level enter the open floor plan kitchen and living room with tall vaulted ceilings. Relax in the living room on the large sectional and warm up by the fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with most any small appliance you can imagine and table service for 16+. The island has counter seating for 4. In the adjacent dining area a beautiful custom made 96"x42" walnut and epoxy table provides additional seating for 12 more. Directly off the kitchen, double sliding doors and fold open windows open to the main floor deck creating an open-air indoor/outdoor living space. Off of the living room is the master bedroom with king bed and private bath and additional sliding door access to the main floor deck. Relax under the trellis on the deck or cook your favorite foods on the large Weber grill.

From the main living space, continue up another flight of stairs to the 2nd outdoor living space -- the roof top deck! Complete with mountain views, your own private hot tub, and a large outdoor shuffleboard patio table.

From the middle floor, go downstairs to the kids hang out. The lower level has 2 more individual bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom. Then let the kids loose in the finished rec room complete with an amazing CASTLE that holds 2 sets of full over full bunkbeds (4 total full beds). Next to the castle is a free standing Arcade console with 300+ classic games. This is adjacent to the family room with large screen tv, air hockey / ping pong / game table overlays, and your own MASSAGE CHAIR. Unwind from the adventures of the day by letting the massage chair loosen up those sore muscles. The kids will also enjoy the special kids fort build into the under the stairs space.

The house has a 1.5 car garage to accommodate 1 car and storage for all your gear. There is 1 additional parking spot on the driveway. No street parking is allowed.
