Storm Meadows Club C-315 by Mountain Vacation Lodging is a step above the rest in the complex. The owners recently completed a full renovation of the home, redoing everything from top to bottom. They added ceiling fans to all rooms, replaced the carpet, installed all brand new appliances, new beds, linens and the list goes on. Guests will be able to enjoy all these upgrades while also having some of the best ski access in Steamboat. This unit has a ski locker room on the ground floor, where guests enter the building from the slopes. There is an elevator that can take you from that ground level directly to the unit. Since this is a Club Level property in the complex, all guests have access to the heated pool, hot tub, sauna, locker room, fitness center and tennis courts offered at the Clubhouse, just across the parking lot.

-- Lifts: Ride down the elevator to the heated ski/snowboard locker room. Take 5 steps outside the door and you're at the ski access point. When returning home at the end of the day, head down the Right O Way ski trail and veer right onto the Storm Meadows Ski In Access trail. The trail and signs will lead you right back to the building!
-- Base Area of Ski Mountain: Free Shuttle to and from Gondola Square in Winter Months
-- Hot Tub and Club Area: The building has its own hot tub that faces southwest for great sunset views. To access the pool, sauna, other hot tubs, fitness center and tennis courts, you exit out the parking lot exit and the clubhouse is straight ahead, about 125 yards away
-- Town: 4 miles from Downtown Steamboat
-- Hiking & Biking -- There are miles of national forest trails for both hiking and biking, just outside your door.
-- Views: Ski Mountain Views

Arrival, Access, and Parking:
– Accessing the Property – From parking lot go down a few stairs to the building entrance. Guests can ride the elevator or take the stairs to access the unit. The unit is one story with no stairs within.
– Parking – Parking lot is outdoors and uncovered. Spots are not assigned but are limited to ...... Sorry, trailers are not allowed, per HOA guidelines, but if you plan to bring one, there are options for parking them nearby. Contact us for details.
– 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access this property when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions. The road to reach the property is paved and regularly plowed but it is steep and may be icy at times.

** Air Conditioning - Most mountain resort properties were not built with air conditioning. During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. Check the average high and low temperatures and weather forecast for your dates of travel, and look at the list of amenities to see if AC or fans are part of the rental property and look for ceiling fans in photos.
** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary. Security cameras and noise monitoring devices are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains available for rental, and in good condition, for your benefit. Host was very responsive, always answering my questions in a timely manner. The accommodations were excellent. Beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Updates are very nice. Wood burning fireplace was very enjoyable. Ski in / ski out was excellent. Had a little bit of a walk each way but not bad at all. The shuttle service was very prompt. Uber service was amazing, never waited longer than 5 minutes tops. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much for everything! You were so attentive and provided such great communication as well as a beautifully appointed condo. We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was fantastic for skiing with ski locker on the first floor and direct access to the slopes. The view of the mountain off of our balcony added to the stay. Quiet. Easy parking! Nice Unit but not ski in ski out

We enjoyed our unit in Storm Meadows but we had deliberately booked ski in/ski out and while there is a mountain access trail, it was not only mostly dirt and rocks by this point but there was also a sign indicating not to use it. We enjoyed Storm Meadows and Byron the shuttle driver was great but if you want ski in/ski out like we did, I would look elsewhere.

great ski in/out location

great location and very nicely equiped condo. we had 4 adults and one child and had plenty of room. Negatives were misinformation on shuttle services and the building entry code was not communicated well. The unit was jvery clean and I would definetly recomend it if you want a true ski in/out location.

The boat

Small friend group got together for some skiing. The ski in ski out is nice, paths in and out were a little beat up but so was the whole mountain. Very warm out. Hot tub felt great after a long day skiing. Everything in the unit was as advertised. Only thing we noticed was the main tv in the living room isn’t a smart tv. (Not a big deal)

Powder Days!

Stayed the week before President's Day in this beautiful condo! Ski in/out. Facing the slopes. Great place for my wife and I along with our two boys. We had snow all week, had a fire to warm up with, and even saw a moose and her calf. What a great stay. Thank you!

Spring break at steamboat!!

First time skiing Steamboat, even though we have been to other resorts here in Colorado. This one is fantastic. The condo had great amenities was very comfortable and we enjoyed the workout room, hot tub and pool. After a day of skiing, the boys even went outside and did sled riding til dark. We will definitely come again!

Epic Ski Adventure

We had a wonderful time at this property in Steamboat Springs. The recently remodeled kitchen, bath, and living area left nothing to be desired. The beds were comfortable. We utilized the outdoor pool and hot tub after long days of skiing. Due to less snow and warmer days, the ski-in/ski-out left a little to be desired, but we managed. Will absolutely consider this property again if headed back out West for time on the slopes!

Beautiful Condo; Issues with Gym and Shuttle Service/Location

Overall, this is a great condo and very nicely appointed. We had two issues during our stay that I wish I had known about before booking: - Gym hours are very limited. Sign says it opens at 8:30 but I went multiple days as late as 9:00 AM and it wasn’t open. When I told the property manager this, I was told that the gym opens at 10:00 AM. I am still not sure of when it is “supposed” to open but regardless, it’s essentially unusable until late morning, which is very inconvenient for other plans. I have never been to a place where a gym opens that late. - There are no shuttles after 4:30, which means you have to Uber or order in for food. We did not have a car and had to spend $40+ each time we wanted to eat out. It would have been helpful for the shuttle times to have been included in the listing.

Great place!

We had a little confusion with the building door codes as the one provided was not accurate. The building manager had not updated December's code to January's. We had to wait until someone let us in from the inside to get inside the building. However, once that was figured out, the unit was lovely and had a beautiful view. We took full advantage of the wood burning fireplace!

The condo was wonderful! It had everything we needed and was immaculately clean. The view of the ski hill was great (we watched the New Year’s Eve show from the balcony) and the ski in/out access was easy to figure out. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone skiing at steamboat.

Fantastic remodeled unit

The building is dated, but the unit is modern, fresh, and clean. Ski-in and ski-out was great, but does require some work each way. Only negatives were that the spa/pool is a walk to another building and the hot water heater is small--so take brief showers. The view of the base and runs is fantastic.

This property has a great view of the mountain. Ski lockers down stairs. There are 2 ski trails. One to get to the unit and one to ski out. Once you do it once it is super easy. This unit was nicely appointed and the beds were real comfortable. We will be back!

As advertised

Easily ski down to the lifts/gondolas from the rental, skiing back from the trails takes a little effort taking the trail uphill to a mostly flat and slightly downhill path. Listing mentions free shuttles but we chose to take the ski-on ski-off option. Condo was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed to cook dinner a couple of nights. Pool/hottub was a short walk from the condo. Heated floor tiles in the bathrooms were a pleasant surprise.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We are a family of 4 with two small children. We had so much space and the unit has undergone a renovation that is beautiful. The condo is extremely clean and well stocked. The shuttle to and from the slope was key for our stay. You can definitely ski in and out down to base on an easy green. We already want to come back next year!
