While we do our best to ensure that all amenities are available during your stay, there may be times when they are unavailable due to maintenance, unforeseen closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. These shared amenities are managed by the Homeowners Association and as such, their availability is not something we can guarantee 100% of the time.

The community hot tubs are closed from April 17 - May 25th during the spring and September 30th - November 27th in the fall.

The unit manager was very responsive to issues like request to replace awful pillows, however we could hear and were bothered by every sound from unit above including snoring and bathroom fan; there was no network TV, a reasonable expectation for any rental unit and dangerous ice at bottom of stairs due to poor gutter system on roof. Unit is overpriced for quality and amenities.
