  • ¡Decorada con mucho gusto, con muebles modernos y colores llamativos! Esta preciosa vivienda en The Olympian está justo al lado de la calle Yampa, ¡en pleno centro de la ciudad! A solo unos pasos de un montón de tiendas y restaurantes, así como del recinto del rodeo, los senderos de Emerald Mountain y el precioso río Yampa. La calle Yampa también es donde se celebra nuestro mercado de agricultores, todos los sábados de junio a septiembre

    Esta vivienda en esquina cuenta con una distribución diáfana inspirada en los lofts urbanos y disfruta de unas vistas excepcionales de Howelsen Hill. Tanto si quieres recibir invitados como si vas a salir, este espacio es perfecto para grupos o reuniones familiares. La cocina, perfectamente equipada, cuenta con una cocina de gas Viking y una isla de gran tamaño; además, se abre de forma muy agradable a la sala de estar y al comedor. La sala de estar está bien definida con un gran y mullido sofá envolvente; una alfombra llamativa y luminosa, junto con muebles decorativos, crean un espacio muy cálido y acogedor. Disfruta de la chimenea de gas, frente al televisor de pantalla plana, o simplemente relájate y descansa.

    En los dormitorios, el principal cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana y un amplio baño en suite con lavabo doble, bañera y ducha con azulejos de mármol. Tanto el segundo como el tercer dormitorio comparten un baño de estilo «jack and jill». También hay un aseo junto a la sala de estar. Esta residencia tiene capacidad para hasta 8 huéspedes.

    La terraza privada que da a la sala de estar ofrece una agradable zona al aire libre, además de unas vistas espectaculares del río Yampa y la colina Howelsen. Es un lugar inmejorable para ver los fuegos artificiales del Carnaval de Invierno y las celebraciones del 4 de julio.

This place was AMAZING! We travel to Steamboat every year and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed in. There is nothing about this place to complain about. The location, the parking, the AC, the patio looking over the Yampa River - it was all perfect! We will definitely try to stay here again!

My family stayed in this amazing vrbo for Memorial Day weekend. It’s probably the nicest condo we’ve ever stayed in and we travel extensively.Furnishings and interior are very luxurious and the view is outstanding. It’s a two minute walk to all of the best restaurants in steamboat Springs. We rented E bikes from wheels bike shop- two blocks away and our teenagers spent the entire time riding independently all over the area. Wonderful experience

Wonderful location for families. Activities and restaurants all within walking distance. The rodeo and Farmers Market are right outside the door!

Perfect location for our summer stay. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Right on the Yampa River across from the Rodeo. Spacious unit, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

HEAVEN BOUND

This property pleased us in every way. It is spacious and nicely furnished. The outside terrace/balcony was worth the entire rental price. Great view of the Yampa River and all the tubers going by. We could walk to most bars and restaurants easily. We stayed over the 4th of July and enjoyed all the activities. An easy walk to the rodeo and parade. Location simply could not be better. Not only do we recommend it, we will stay here again. Two thumbs up!

Great Location

Loved this property. Great location and just as described. Very clean and had a great time. Check-in with the property management company was less than great. They weren’t very helpful and didn’t have the greatest attitude. When they forgot to give us the garage door opener and we couldn’t get in the building, they told me they’d get back to me. After waiting over 45 minutes with no response, we drove back to the office and they seemed aggravated. The location and condo were amazing though!!! Absolutely worth staying.

NYE Family Fun :)

The condo was very nice, and a bit larger than we thought it would be. A little clunky getting into the condo- stairs/elevator inside the building then walk down an outside hallway to get to the door of the unit. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots/pans, plates, mugs etc… Very quick and easy walks to area restaurants. Nice quick trip to the ski resort- 15 mins. tops. We were very happy with our stay here :)

Perfect summer spot on the Yampa River!

We could not think of a better location in Steamboat for a summer trip. We enjoyed coffee on the porch every AM looking at our son fish in the river, the Farmers Market on Saturdays, sunsets and more. We missed the rodeo that started the day we left, but bought tubes from Walgreens and tubed down the Yampa River numerous times, horseback rode at Saddleback Ranch, rafted down the Colorado River, Stagecoach Reservoir paddle boarded and fished, Old Town Hot Springs, and far too many great meals to list. The absolute ONLY thing that could have made it perfect is the mattress in the Master was a bit worn and our backs were ready for more support by mid week. We took advantage of the farmers market right down below both Saturdays we were there. Awesome vacation for us and our 12 and 13 year old kids. Thank you, beautiful place!
