  • Nuestro refugio de montaña es de dos niveles con 3 historias completas. Las áreas comunes facilitan las reuniones, pero las camas y los baños completamente privados le dan a todos su espacio. Toda la unidad acaba de ser remodelada con nuevos electrodomésticos y decoración. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y las ventanas de la unidad final permiten mucha luz natural. Cada habitación tiene un baño completamente privado. La Master Suite tiene cama King Tempurpedic con su propio mini refrigerador y servicio de café. El baño principal es particularmente espacioso e incluye una ducha de vapor Steamist. Todas las habitaciones tienen televisión por cable y la sala de estar cuenta con una gran pantalla de plasma con un sistema de sonido de última generación, cable Comcast Xfinity y reproductor de Blu-ray. Una pequeña biblioteca de discos DVD y Blu-ray está a su disposición y se espera que crezca. La lavadora y la secadora estándar están ubicadas en el centro para permitir un fácil acceso para todos los huéspedes. La cocina está completamente equipada con utensilios de cocina totalmente nuevos, olla de barro, cafetera de goteo (un Keurig reside en la Master Suite), tostadora, batidora y todo lo necesario para preparar comidas caseras. Para aquellos que prefieren hacer reservas, hay algunos restaurantes realmente excelentes en la ciudad (a un corto trayecto en autobús) y en la montaña a poca distancia.

We loved this stay! Skiing was not great this year so we were especially thankful to have a cozy space to come back to for time with friends. We stayed with 3 couples and it was a perfect setup. The kitchen was the best stocked of any vacation rental I’ve been to which made things so much easier! It was also lovely to have a ski locker at the base for a long weekend.

Great layout. Plenty of bathrooms. Shampoo conditioner and body wash were provided, which is such a nice touch. Getting to the mountain to ski was very easy. The ski locker at the base was amazing; what a treat. Kay is an amazing host and was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to my questions.

Great place to stay!

Loved the condo - plenty of space, great location and has the added bonus of lockers and ski storage at the base of the mountain. A wonderful week of skiing!

Steamboat Adventure

We had a great week in Steamboat with family. House was roomy and perfect for a group. Although there were 4 total sets of stairs, there was a bedroom and 1 1/2 baths on the main floor. Lots of indoor areas to gather.

Great condo, great location

Really nice property with everything we needed. Well taken care of property and close to the mountain. Bus stop right across the street is extremely convenient. Owner is very responsive and friendly.

This property was perfect for three couples with more than enough space. The shuttle was mere steps away and we had a wonderful weekend

We very much enjoyed our stay in Steamboat. The communication with Kay was very easy and responses were prompt. She allowed a late check out as it was not rented again the same day. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need. The bus stop is right by the road. You can also easily walk to the ski area as it’s just 0.6 miles.

Location - Location - Location!!!

Lovely roomy 3 BR condo. Great locations. Across the street from the bus stop. So easy to ride the bus. Also a very short drive to slopes, grocery & other shopping. Host is so very warm, welcoming, & accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay here

Great lighting, spacious excellent location to bus and Steamboat mt! Host was incredibly responsive when contacted. Ski storage locker was a massive bonus! Seperate temperature controls provided everyone with notable comfort. Thank you a wonderful stay!

Fabulous stay

My husband and I stayed with 2 other adults and had a great time. The house is spacious and very comfortable. We skied during the day (took the bus and used the VRBO locker) and went out for happy hour and dinner in the village that is walkable and took bus to go into town.Would stay again. Kay was responsive and helpful with all of our questions.

Beautiful home and location

I can't say enough about how spacious and comfortable this home was. The master suite is amazing. Spacious kitchen, living areas (2) and beautifully furnished. Wonderful facilities. Right on the bus line to get to the resort. The host was also immediately helpful and responsive. Thank you so much!

This is the second time renting this place and we love it! We will rent it every time !

Is it a second time renting at this property and we love it! It’s big and spread out with enough room for everybody to still be together but also have their space. The location is great, very clean with a lot of extra amenities that are great for families. The owner is super responsive if you need something while you’re there and goes above and beyond to help make the stay perfect! You won’t be disappointed!

Great family place

This was a ski vacation for 6adults and 2 young children. Location was excellent. Bus right across the street for a very short ride to the base. Great kitchen and eating area. Two locations to hang out in. Every bedroom had a bathroom plus room for a child on the floor. This was our second stay here and we love it. Kay was also great and communicative.

Great Location for Hitting the Slopes

This place had a great vibe with more than ample room for all six of our party. Everyone had their own separate places to hang out....and the short distance to the great skiing was fantastic! Can't beat the short skip up to the bus stop for a very brief ride to the base!! Would absolutely stay here again. P.S. Loved the pizza so much at Antonio's we had some brought over to the base on our second day for a lunch break from skiing.

Weekend ski trip

Our group of 8 really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The kitchen was well organized and stocked, and we enjoyed cooking meals together. We appreciated staying at a condo where the owner clearly still uses the condo themselves, and it's not just a generic rental property (there was a sense of character in the place). The condo is an easy bus or car ride away from the mountain. We had a couple of questions for the host, and she was very responsive and helpful.

Kay was so welcoming and even put up a Christmas tree for us to extend the holiday feels. She was very helpful with advice, this being our first trip to Steamboat.We loved everything from the family-friendly layout (5 mini levels!) that gave everyone space and quiet to the ultra convenient location across from the bus stop, where we waited no more than 3 minutes at any time. We especially enjoyed reading by the fire after a day on the slopes. The kitchen made meal prep a breeze and was our gathering spot before the days adventures at the resort, in downtown Steamboat, and at Strawberry Hot Springs (the Hot Springs Shuttle picked us right up at the door).We will definitely return!

Excellent host and condo

I have stayed in many short-term rentals and this was terrific! The host was in touch, put up a Christmas tree, left us chocolates and gifts and even offered to accept and wrap our Christmas packages sent in advance! The place is on several levels so we could spread out. The ski shuttle bus couldn’t be more convenient. The kitchen was fully stocked not only with pots, pans, mixing bowls, etc but also coffee, oils, spices and much more.we were very happy with this rental unit and the entire experience.

A Mountain Town Gem

This cozy, very clean and well equipped condo was a welcomed retreat !! Each level in this condo lead to separate comfortable bedroom areas with their own bathrooms. The kitchen seemed to have everything and we liked the gas bbq for steaks in the evening. The access to Steamboat ski area was a snap. We walked a short distance out our front door and caught the shuttle to the main resort area. We will return to this condo and ski area in the future 😃

Cozy, clean, accommodating - perfect home away from home

If you’re looking for a comfortable, inviting, and well kept home away from home, you won’t be disappointed here. Especially for a group of couples, the segregated spaces and numerous bathrooms/bedrooms guarantee both privacy and comfort while still providing ample social gathering space for cooking, family style dinner, movie nights, group board games, etc. The rooms themselves are cozy, clean and comfortable and the condo is furnished with warm western mountain town decor that gives it endearing character and charm - certainly more than you’ll find at your standard hotel stay. The host is also kind and attentive, quick to respond to any questions or concerns that arise. All in all, a wonderful experience and highly recommend to couples or families looking for a memorable steamboat stay.
