Whether your time in Ski/BikeTown USA is with a large extended family or good friends this beautiful property will meet all of your needs. Waterstone at Eagleridge is a 20 unit complex known for its exceptional craftsmanship, great amenities and privacy. Located just steps from the Yampa Core Trail along a quaint creek leading to the Ski Base area, it is only a 5 minute walk to skiing or hiking/biking at the resort. This quiet complex offers a heated pool and hot tub just across from the unit. An on demand free shuttle service in the winter brings you from your home to skiing or shopping downtown.

Property Amenities
The unit has a 1 car heated garage to park your car and keep your gear with an entry to the home. There is an additional surface parking spot nearby. The main entryway to the home has plenty of spaces to sit and get ready for the day. The entryway closets provide ample storage for your gear.

Main Level
Just a few steps up is the main level with an open floor plan with views to the mountain. There is a half bath and a gourmet kitchen stocked with everything you will need for cooking meals during your stay. The dining area has a large wooden table with seating for 8 with a sliding door to the private deck providing a lovely aspen and mountain view. You can grill all year round with the propane grill on the porch. There are bar stools at the kitchen island for dining or chatting with the cook.

The large stone gas fireplace in the living room with vaulted ceilings is the focal point for this level. There is room for everyone to relax and watch the large flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, streaming or X-Box. You can also challenge each other with board games. There is a large leather couch and two comfy chairs including a leather power recliner. The is also a new Queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress for additional seating around the fireplace.

Upon arrival you will find the kitchen stocked with dishwasher soap, kitchen trash bags, liquid dish soap, paper towels, cleaning towels, dish towels, sponges, liquid hand soap, spices and of course -- coffee & filters. The are plenty of pots and pans to cook or bake in the gas range. A blender, mixer, toaster and crockpot are in the cabinets.

First Floor
On the lowest level there are two bedrooms, each with their own full bathrooms. One of the spacious bedrooms has 2 twin beds, the other has a twin over queen adult weight bunk bed, which can serve as a place for the kids to watch the large flatscreen TV. There is also a fold out twin mattress and portable crib available in the closet. The large laundry room has a full size washer and dryer and plenty of space to keep jackets and snow clothes warm. Laundry soap is supplied.

Third Floor
On its own level, just steps from the main level is the Master bedroom suite with a king bed, walk in closet and a large flatscreen TV. The private full bathroom has a whirlpool bathtub, a double vanity sink, and a steam shower.

Fourth Level
Another private level has a loft that overlooks the living room with a large desk and everything you need to hook up your laptop for any business that needs to be done. Wireless wi-fi is part of the entire property and you can use the printer here to print boarding passes or other documents. The 4th bedroom is another master bedroom with a king bed, its own private bath and large private balcony looking out to ski mountain.
