Located in the desirable Flat Tops at Wildhorse neighborhood, this updated and well-equipped home gives you wonderful access to the best of the Rocky Mountains. Downtown Steamboat Springs is a short three-mile drive with all of its incredible restaurants, the Steamboat Art Museum, and many trailheads.

You will also have access to the amazing amenities right next door at Wildhorse Meadows, which include a large heated outdoor pool, three hot tubs, a fitness center, a game room, an outdoor firepit, and access to the Wildhorse Gondola. On-call shuttle service is also available.

Spanning three levels, plus a fourth-floor rooftop deck, the stylish interior features soaring ceilings, chic decor, mountain views, and an abundance of natural light. The top-floor living space combines a sleek modern kitchen (boasting quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, accordion doors and windows) with a spacious dining area and living room featuring a cozy gas fireplace. The wraparound deck is perfect for morning coffee and is outfitted with an outdoor fireplace and grill. On the bottom level, you’ll find a bonus family room with more comfy seating and a round glass table, perfect for a board game or cards.

When bedtime calls, you’ll find the primary bedroom with a California king bed on the top floor, with direct access to the deck and an en suite bathroom. The bedrooms on the top and middle floors have their own TVs. The bottom floor has a bedroom and a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The top-floor primary bedroom, living area, and middle-floor bedrooms are air-conditioned. Other entertainment options include five smart TVs, WiFi, and cable.

THINGS TO KNOW
The Wildhorse Amenity Area, which includes the fitness and game rooms, is open from 10 AM to 10 PM on a first come, first serve basis.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
