    Muy espaciosa casa de la ciudad en 3 niveles con 2 zonas de estar.     Entra en esta propiedad de tamaño considerable y el primero que se nota en la planta principal es el amplio plan de piso abierto. El espacio aireado de estar con sus planos lazos televisión de pantalla en el espacio de la cocina generosa donde el gourmet puede proporcionar la comida extravagante para todo el grupo. Si desea parrilla o sumergirse en su propio jacuzzi privado, caminar a la derecha a la cubierta desde el salón principal y relajarse al contenido de su corazón. El medio baño está a la vuelta de la esquina de la zona de la cocina.

    Situado en la planta principal es la extraordinaria Rey dormitorio con su propio cuarto de baño. Justo al lado de esta habitación es la cubierta principal con el jacuzzi privado y parrilla para toda la casa.

    Viaja arriba para el aterrizaje y se encuentra uno de los dormitorios de la reina a la izquierda. En el medio del aterrizaje, se encuentra el cuarto de baño compartido para este piso completo con lavabo doble y una combinación de ducha y bañera. A la derecha de este cuarto de baño es el otro dormitorio de la reina.

    Ubicado en el nivel muy inferior, se encuentra otra sala de estar de tamaño considerable completa con un sofá, sillones, televisión de pantalla plana y una zona de buena mesa delicia para tarjetas, juegos de mesa o sentarse y tomar una copa de vino mientras conversa sobre la belleza de la están abarcando el vecindario. Al final del pasillo de este mismo nivel se encuentra el baño completo compartido con tocador doble y ducha y bañera. Este nivel también contiene un dormitorio con dos camas individuales. Al final del pasillo hay otro dormitorio con dos camas individuales y dos camas nido. El muy amplio cuarto de lavado se encuentra en este nivel inferior también. Toda la casa es espaciosa y bien cuidado y hará que desee quedarse para siempre!

    La unidad cuenta con amplio garaje para 2 coches y las características complejas de 2 bañeras de hidromasaje al aire libre y privado gratuito, servicio de transporte puerta a puerta durante la temporada de esquí de invierno para su mayor comodidad.

Great location with shuttle near by. Good layout for a group with big dining table and four bathrooms. The parking for three cars with code to garage was helpful to know people could get in without a key. The hot weather made the place a little challenging to cool off at night with windows and fans. Definitely would recommend it to others

Awesome stay!

Great property, super convenient location, and the shuttle service was unbelievable. All of the shuttle drivers were so nice and hospitable as well!

Stay in Steamboat

We had a nice stay and the property was good. The kitchen furnishings were lacking, the pot and pans were not great, the cooking utensils were not awesome and the electronic ignition on the grill did not work. Over all it was a fine place.

Hawaii repeat

The condo was by a main road and walking path so it was noisy at times when the relatives were in the main bedroom. Weather was warmer than usual for the area so no ac, Retretia was very accommodating and gave us an extra fan. Great service from them.

Rooms not ready

Overall the stay was fine. However, the property wasn’t ready for us at check in. One of the rooms had no beds in it. Took maintenance 2 days to put the beds together. Cutting into our privacy during the stay and forcing people to sleep on the floor. We were only compensated 1 day and it took some fighting to get that. The location of the property was nice. Shuttle bus system is very convenient.

Christmas

Great stay! Cozy and comfy. Probably could stand to upgrade master bedroom mattress and commode. Had to call for service on that potty but maintenance came super quick and fixed the issue right away. Only real downer was (not having our own vehicle) the lack of transportation availability from the condo to town. We missed out on a girls shopping day bc we couldn’t get transportation (or an Uber) to pick us up.

Got the job done

We booked this for our combined families to stay for the weekend. The home was definitely big enough for our group of 7 children and 5 adults. Check in was off-site and it wasn’t ready when we arrived so we had to go back which was not what we were used to and slightly annoying. We would have waited to check in until it was ready. The home was fine but definitely could use some updating. There were cobwebs on the vaulted ceilings. The beds were beyond uncomfortable. From the mattresses to the bedding. My husband even slept on the couch because the bed was so bad. The water was either scolding or ice cold and there was a fine line between the two. Also, the grill was not working correctly which is definitely a hazard. We love steamboat and frequent staying but most likely wouldn’t book this place again.

Great Stay!

Everything about this stay was perfect. Beautiful, spacious home. Clean, close proximity to mountain and east to get downtown. shuttle anywhere you needed to go. would definitely stay again. One note - we booked on VRBO which was a massive regret. After changing out booking to take a night off our stay, VRBO was impossible to speak to about decreasing the fees that were based on the initial price without the night off. I still haven’t gotten refunded and keep getting transferred or hung up on after an hour on the phone. incredibly frustrating. At this point i’m considering it lost. but i would implore anyone looking at this to book directly with Retreatia, if possible.

Overall positive but hot water issues keep it from five stars

We had a blast at Steamboat and the property served us well. First off, the lighted Christmas tree was such an awesome touch for the holidays. The lighted trees outside were also awesome. We chose not to rent a car so the on-call shuttle service was clutch! We used it to get to the ski base, dining, shopping, grocery, etc. They were even running in heavy snow. Note that while close, I would not call the ski base walkable, especially with a family. The place was comfortable with lots of room. The lower living area was a great place to stash the kids. We didn’t really use it but lots of entertainment – tons of DVDs. The washer/dryer was awesome as it got some use. The gas fireplace was also a solid place for drying. The use of old school physical keys kind of sucks. We had to stop at the office to get them which feels like an unnecessary step. Luckily, the office was on the way and the airport shuttle was able to make a quick stop. It only took a couple minutes. The real downside is that you have to drop the keys back at the office. We took an extra shuttle trip to do it prior to catching the airport shuttle. With modern code-based door locks, it feels unnecessary. The beds seemed a bit worn out, like sleeping in a hammock. Maybe they were soft memory foam, but multiple adults had the same feedback. Also, the master suite had some extra space, but it was quite noisy at night as there is a fairly significant road on that side of the house. We used some ear plugs. All of those complaints are pretty minor. However, we had problems with the hot water. 1) it was extremely difficult to adjust and sometimes it would just turn ice cold or blazing hot without notice. I did call the property manager about it but nothing was done. 2) there was nowhere near enough hot water. This house needs a tankless water heater if they are going to advertise it to hold such a large group. We ended up making schedules in hopes of having enough hot water for each family. 3) something broke in a toilet and caused minor flooding. We also called about this and maintenance was on it very quickly. One thing I wish we knew was that there is a recycling can at the garbage dump. Had we known up front, we would have kept the plastics out of the dump. Now for something good, maybe great…the hottubs. Just wow. There is a laydown full body massage position that made me not care about the lack of shower hot water! Overall - good value!

Clean and good location.

Everything was nice with the exception of the toilets. They were cheap, and didn't function properly. Also the hot tub was difficult to find. Better instructions of it's location are neede.

The pool was the best part of the property. The grandkids really had a great time in the pool.

We have rented several times through vrbo and this was the smallest property we have ever stayed in . Advertised as 3.5 bathrooms, but only had 3. No bathroom on the main level. Only 1 small parking spot. Was supposed to be an upgrade from my first reservation, but was kind of a disappointment. And I think I ended up paying more for this property then was quoted. Next time I will make my reservation earlier to secure a better property. All said we still had a good weekend.
