Ideally positioned within a short stroll (or a free winter shuttle ride) of the gondola, this condo is a wonderful home base for skiers, snowboarders, hikers, and mountain bikers alike. Grab a warm pair of socks from the washer/dryer each morning, sit down for a hearty breakfast at the kitchen counter or the dining room table, and head out the door to hit the slopes for the day. You'll come home to a gas fireplace, three flatscreen TVs and a DVD player, and on-site amenities that include a heated swimming pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a fitness center, a steam room, massage services, and a winter shuttle to connect you to Steamboat's countless attractions.

This condo is part of the EagleRidge Lodge in Steamboat Springs, a complex that's ideally positioned just a quarter-mile stroll from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter months, the resort offers 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain, highlighted by the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Come summertime, you can easily go mountain biking or hiking, take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest), or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown Steamboat Springs, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and wonderful restaurants that include The Laundry, Salt and Lime, and Carl's Tavern, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
