Offering a well-equipped kitchen complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, homecooked meals will be prepared with ease. This space is perfect for entertaining, as there is a breakfast bar with seating for four and a dining area with seating more. The living area features comfortable furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace, and a sliding glass door leading to a private balcony, perfect for taking in the fresh mountain air. For entertainment purposes, this unit is equipped with three TVs, a cable TV, two DVD players, a Blu-ray player, complimentary WiFi, and a library of books! Plus, amenities such as an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a dry sauna, a BBQ area with tables, a fitness center make this a perfect choice for year-round fun.

Upon entering this retreat, you will be greeted by two bedrooms on the main level. The first bedroom offers a bed that can be made into two twin beds upon request and a twin sofa bed, a TV, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom also features a bed that can be made into two twin beds upon request plus access to a full bathroom on the main level near the stairs to the upper level. The top level features two additional bedrooms offering a bed, an ottoman sleeper, a TV, and an attached bathroom in one, with a queen bed, TV, and an en suite bath in the other. For those last-minute business needs, there is a small work desk located just outside of these second-floor bedrooms, offering a view of the living room below. And for additional sleeping space, there is a queen sofa bed in the main living area.

Whether you have come to ski, hike, explore the town, or simply relax poolside, this is just the place. Not only will guests have access to the shared pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness room, but they will also be able to easily hop onto a ski lift within walking distance of the front door. Not to mention, the restaurants and shops in the Village are great for window shopping or grabbing a bite to eat. For adventure away from the mountain, head over to Yampa River Botanic Park or Old Town Hot Springs both within a few miles of the complex.

Clubhouse amenities will be available for use within the following hours: Hot Tub & Pool facilities will be open from 10 am to 8 pm, Gym facilities will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm, and our Clubhouse Game Room will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
