Decent Steamboat accomodations

Not bad, but this place could definitely use some upgrades. Not quite as nice as the pictures make it out to be, but worked for our trip. Messages did not get returned from the rental company timely. P

Condo in need of repair

The property did not come close to the description as far as the contents. The view was magnet, the proximity to the shuttle, awesome. The condo… less than impressive. Floors in TERRIBLE condition. Refrigerator and DW both needed replaced. They both required maintenance while there. Fridge doors and shelves all were leaning and seals were not working on freezer and refrigerator door. Would not stay closed. DW did not work for 3 days until maintenance came and found the water line was pinched and not opened all the way. Loading treat on top was practically falling down. All thresholds had nails poking up and were splintering. Baseboards were coming apart from the walls. Hallway is half paintwd. Furniture is very cheap. Drawers were all misaligned to master bed and in other bedroom were not even floors in drawers, they were falling out. Bed in master the mattress was terrible. You sink down into a pit while sleeping. All other mattresses were extricated. Master bathroom sink faucet, handles broken, shower door unlevel and could not close, scraping tile while opening and closing. Bunk room should not even exist. It’s a closet. period. No closet storage at all. Couch had stains on it and it sags when you sit on it. There was ample cooking items available but needs a potato masher and a hand mixer. The parking is ridiculous. We were allowed one spot for 6 adults. We had 2 cars. We had to pay an additional 300 to park our ither car.elsnwhere. The vehicle we did reg

The View!

For our summer getaway, this place was perfect. The views sold us on the place and it turned out to be quiet and beautiful. Next time we come here in the, this place will be at the top of our list.

Nice Place and Beautiful views

Place was clean and organized and had amazing views. Check in and check out was simple. Parking only for 1 car but we made due. It would also be nice if shuttle ran a little later as transportation after that is very tricky and it's a long walk up or down a sizeable hill. However overall a pleasant stay.
