This fully remodeled two-bedroom condo with modern beds, furniture, and decor is a luxurious retreat! Soak in the shared hot tub or take in the views of the flattops and valley from your balcony or the leather couch. Plenty of space outside for kids to play and a picnic table out back for warm days.

THE SPACE

This condo has it all! Hardwood floors, stone-hearth wood-burning fireplace, and mountain-themed decor create an inviting alpine retreat. Open concept layout with ample natural sunlight as well as two downstairs bedrooms for added privacy.

Light a fire and cook dinner in the fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the smart TV with cable and HBO or pursue a selection of books and games.

ABOUT THE CONDO

Main Floor: The open living area and remodeled kitchen equipped with granite countertops offers everything needed in your home away from home. Stainless steel appliances, expansive spice drawer, blender, mixing bowls, countertop grill, utensils, and barware create a great space for cooking and entertaining. Enjoy dinner at the two-person island or the six-person dining table. Head out to the balcony for after-dinner drinks as the sun sets over the valley. A bath with tub/shower combination is located off the kitchen.

Downstairs: The main bedroom has a plush bed and a TV. The second bedroom offers an extended twin-over-queen bunk bed as well as a writing desk. The updated second bath has a walk-in shower and water closet.

The condo is stocked with books for all ages, board games, cards, and sleds. A desk with a cozy view is available. Extra amenities include complimentary firewood, WiFi, washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, humidifier, fans, and coffee/tea. Reserved parking is available for one vehicle in the covered carport as well as one unassigned space. This condo stays cool in the summer months as it’s built into the side of the hill - no air-conditioning needed!

LOCATION

Sunrise Condominiums has a prime location just 600 yards from the slopes of Steamboat. A bus stop is located outside the complex (at the corner of Longthong and Apres Ski) and is just one stop from gondola square. Ride the complimentary bus into town or walk to the market and restaurants just down the hill.

The Gondola runs in both winter and summer, connecting downtown to the resort. At Gondola Square, you’ll find a perfect spot for sunbathing and splashing in Burgess Creek, or watching movies and concerts on the outdoor stage -- even in the winter!

In the warmer months, hike the close-in trails around the mountain or walk/bike into town to rent kayaks, tubes, or paddle boards along the Yampa River. Downtown is a 10-minute drive with great shopping and dining as well as the Pro Rodeo, Winter Carnival, and other festivities.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great Condo but could improve guest services

There were some snafus in the beginning: - main floor had not been swept or vacuumed; Vacasa offered to come back and do it - no toilet paper; had to go out and buy some as they were not able to bring more until the next day - were asked to move car out of covered parking at 9am on Sunday as the owners car had arrived Overall, the condo is nice, has a lovely view, and the bus was easy to catch to slopes or downtown. Only an 8 minute walk downhill to slopes, uphill can be a bit much so we took the 15min bus ride back (only a few minutes there but is toward the end on the way back). Hot tub was great after skiing.

Two Story Condo in Steamboat

Our family of four recently rented this property. Overall, it was as advertised but unfortunately did not have a good experience with the rental company, Vacasa. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were as the pictures describe on the website. However, the kitchen was missing some basic items such as a spatula and baking pan. The bathrooms also were not furnished with enough toilet paper and tissues. The biggest concern I would share is that the property driveway in and out of the condo is not maintained during snow and ice conditions. Many cars were stuck in their units and there is no one clearing the snow and ice out of the drive. I called Vacasa multiple times and no one responded to my call to even share an update or provide a shovel to fix the situation. You can not reliably stay in this condo unless you have four wheel drive vehicle.

Good location. Nice view! Easy to locate. Very clean. Wi_Fi was in and out depending on time of day (kids and their electronics). Home matched as description stated. Nice place.

Fantastic stay in Steamboat

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The condo has been stylishly updated from top to bottom. Most importantly, was very clean upon our arrival. We enjoyed the woodburning stove throughout our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that you could need. It was a 15 minute walk to the slopes. We walked on occasion as well as took the bus, which conveniently picked up and dropped off steps from the building.
