Beautiful Steamboat condo in great location!

Enjoy our beautiful condo centrally located between the ski mountain and downtown Steamboat Springs, Colorado! Our spacious floor plan is a great space for families or friends. The two master suites with king beds, guest bedroom with queen bed, plus a loft with two queen beds.

The downstairs master bedroom has a private balcony with stunning views of Yampa Valley, king bed, private bathroom with double sinks and tub shower, walk-in closet, and 32" flatscreen TV. The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom with shower, and gorgeous views of Yampa Valley.

The downstairs guest bedroom features a queen bed, adjoining bathroom with shower, and walk-in closet. The large loft offers two queen beds.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless appliances, gas stove, plank wood flooring, separate dining area and bar seating around center island. A gas stone fireplace, vaulted ceiling, 50" flatscreen SmartTV and comfortable seating create a relaxing and enjoyable living area. The deck off the dining area includes a gas grill, seating for four, a closet for ski storage and magnificent views of Yampa Valley.

You will not find another location that offers more convenience for your stay in Steamboat Springs all year round! Walk to soak in one of two covered community hot tubs, fine and casual dining, grocery shopping, gift shops, sports equipment needs, DVD rentals, liquor store, and more. Hop on the free Steamboat city bus only 350 yards from our front door and travel just one mile to the Steamboat Ski Resort or one mile to historic downtown for shopping and dining. Across the street enjoy a morning jog or leisurely stroll along the beautiful Yampa River Core Trail.

To maximize your vacation time, our condo offers a full size washer/dryer and wireless internet connection.

Whether you visit Steamboat Springs in the winter to ski the famous 'champagne powder' or in the summer for world class golfing, hunting, and fishing, the enchantment of Steamboat Springs and the comfort of our condo will have you returning year after year!

This is probably the most well stocked place we have ever stayed in. Had everything we could’ve needed. Beds were great, large kitchen and dining area, the fireplace was a great addition and really provided some warmth after a day on the slopes. Great location with two bus stops close by and right next to Walmart and two grocery stores. Ski Haus is also in the same complex area making equipment rentals super convenient as well. Lots of space for our family of 8. Peggy always responded within 5 minutes when I had a question or need. Couldn’t recommend this home more. Would definitely look to stay here again!

Spacious spot right by the mountain! Our group had a fun ski trip and took advantage of the nearby bus stop that provides free transportation to the mountain and into town. Would definitely stay here again! The warm fire and hot tubs were also much appreciated.

My family recently stayed at this property and there were many shortcomings that individually would not have been a problem but in aggregate indicated a lack of attention and unwillingness to make minor repairs and replacements. Both shower curtains were moldy.The grill was very dirty and rusty and should be replaced.Living room rug was badly stained.Mattress in the 1st floor guest room was hard as a rock and in need of replacement.Master bath faucet was loose and the towel rack fell of the wall while we were there.Refrigerator water dispenser was moldy and the filter was in need of replacement.A total of 8 dishes and coffee cups were chipped and in need of replacement.I contacted the owner and asked them to replace the shower curtains the next day which they did. But overall the condition of the unit did not meet our expectations based on the listing shown on VRBO. These are not expensive fixes so it was disappointing.

This was a great condo for our family’s ski trip! We had plenty of space and enjoyed meals together after ski days. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and easy walk to groceries, bagel shop, etc. The walk to free town bus stop was very manageable. We did have a ski locker on the mtn so that helped a lot not walking in ski boots and carrying skis!Would definitely book again! Host was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Thanks!

We have stayed at this property for the last couple of years. Always clean with great assortment of kitchen utensils, and even lots of games for the family. Great Steamboat Springs Stay

Our group of 4 adults & 3 kids truly enjoyed our stay. The condo worked out great for us. It was very spacious and one of the better stocked condos that we have ever had - easily able to prepare meals for the whole crew. Very clean and a good location for exploring the area - walking distance to grocery stores. Highly recommended!

Perfect!!

We chose this location for our annual family ski trip. My family fell in love with this place! First time we stayed at this property. Perfect! Hard to get a higher rating from my family. Owner was amazing. Easy to reach and helpful. Property is clean and well equipped. Only one set of stairs to enter the condo. Was a breeze to load and unload. Plenty of parking. We will be back next year! Thank you!!

Great place near to Steamboat village. Spacious for 6 adults and could easily accommodate 8-10. Quiet neighborhood. Hot tub was a short walk. Steakhouse within walking distance. Had the fireplace going every evening. Grocery store nearby. Good value.

Great stay!

My family and I were in town for a wedding over Labor Day weekend and this condo was perfect for our needs! Convenient location and plenty of space for our group. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly which was much appreciated! The place was also very clean and orderly. Overall we’d definitely stay here again.
