Beautiful 3BR/2BA Townhome on the Mountain: Bus Route & Wifi

  • Este hermoso condominio 3Br // 2BA para un máximo de 7, y está situado en la montaña en el Quail Run. Las unidades de Qual Run están agrupadas alrededor de un callejón sin salida privado, lo que hace que esta opción de alojamiento sea más como una residencia privada que como un alquiler vacacional.
    Nuestra casa adosada es muy abierta y luminosa, con bonitas vistas de la montaña desde el balcón superior. Esta unidad es muy espaciosa y tiene aproximadamente 1600 pies cuadrados. Es muy bien equipada con pisos de madera, encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una chimenea recortado en pino torcido. La sala de estar / entretenimiento de arriba es totalmente independiente de los dormitorios. Está totalmente equipado con una cocina completa, un comedor, tres televisores de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD, lavadora y secadora, toda la ropa de cama necesaria ... y un secador de pelo. El dormitorio principal, con su baño principal conectado, tiene una cama king-size. El segundo dormitorio contiene una reina y el tercer dormitorio tiene una litera con una cama doble y una individual en la parte superior. La unidad también tiene un garaje con calefacción para un coche, y un montón de espacio de almacenamiento para esquís. Situado junto a la lanzadera libre, es un corto trayecto en autobús a la base de la montaña y la bala de plata góndola.

    Esta unidad no es un tiempo compartido y ha sido cuidadosamente cuidada y mantenida. Quail Run es muy tranquilo, ya que más de un 85% de las unidades son propietario ocupada durante todo el año. Esta unidad es sólo uno de tres situado en el edificio.

    Steamboat Springs es conocida por el esquí fantástico, aguas termales, y un ambiente animado occidental. Tiendas, restaurantes y vida nocturna son atractivos durante todo el año. El invierno ofrece motos de nieve, esquí de fondo, y una montaña con más de 100 pistas de descenso y 20 ascensores. El verano ofrece rafting, campos de golf diseñados por Robert Trent Jones Jr. y Keith Foster, y más de un millón de acres de desierto en el Bosque Nacional Routt para practicar el senderismo, equitación, ciclismo y pesca. Vela, windsurf, esquí acuático y están disponibles en el cercano embalse de Stagecoach.

The home was in a nice quite part of Steamboat Springs. Everything was smooth working with the host and the home was well stocked with kitchen items. There are a couple playgrounds within walking distance, great for the kids.

Lovely clean condo. Our first time in Colorado in the summer. We were thankful for the ceiling fans and extra fan.Condo was clean and as advertised. Beds were comfortable. Communications with owner were timely and helpful. Would recommend.

Ski trip

Amazing stay at Eric’s condo. Perfect for 6 guests, very accessible to the mountain and Eric was very communicative. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay at steamboat.

Wonderful Winter Home

This is a well cared for property in a quiet neighborhood that is convenient to the ski shuttle stop. We also enjoyed the large community hot tub. We will stay here again someday!

This is a super spacious condo close to the free bus route which can get you pretty much anywhere. It had everything we needed and was nice and quiet.

Comfy home

Great place to stay! Quiet neighborhood with a nice hot tub, close to a bus stop. All rooms were very comfy and living space was much bigger than the pictures. Nice views of the mountain from the balcony too.

Wow easily a top stay for me as a long time traveler! It was our groups first time in steamboat and we absolutely loved our time there. Eric was an amazing host and gave us incredible food and pub recommendations. The skiing was phenomenal and having a hot tub at the house was the best way to end the day. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Such a gem!

We came to Steamboat with our kids and Mother-in-law. This listing was perfect for us with comfortable beds, close proximity to groceries, playgrounds, a hot tub, and shuttle service. Eric is a fantastic host who goes above ane beyond to make the experience super smooth and welcoming. I've never been happier with a VRBO stay! We hope to be back soon!

Steamboat Getaway

Beautiful condo in nice neighborhood. Spacious, nicely decorated and lots of nice surprises such as a cabinet with all kinds of spices, a supply of videos, games and books. We would definitely hope it would be available for our next Steamboat stay.

Excellent Stay!

My family of six stayed here over the holidays. This condo was perfect for us and we had plenty of room with teenagers. Upon arrival, everything was very clean and welcoming. Eric reached out to us before we arrived and was great with communication. We would stay here again!

The condo had plenty of room for five adults We used the well stocked kitchen to cook our meals We used the washer dryer and dishwasher as needed Internet speed was very fast A short walk took us to the free bus

Great condo

We stayed at this condo with another family for a ski weekend. Great layout for 2 families, well appointed kitchen, overall wonderful place. It would be nice if you could walk to the slopes but it is very easy to catch the free bus from the condo and get to the mountain in 8-10 minutes. Definitely recommend!

Good place for families

Townhome is as advertised and a perfect fit for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The garage is a nice bonus for skis and gear, as well as the 2nd living room as an extra space for the kids. And communication with Eric is fast and easy. Would stay again.

Good location and plenty of space

Location was good and near the slopes with plenty of space for four of us. If you are looking for an extravagant mountain retreat, this is not it but if you're looking for a space to put your head between runs that has a well stocked kitchen, this is a great place. In addition to hitting the slopes, it was also convenient to snow tubing, dog sledding, ice fishing, downtown shopping, and ice skating at Skeeters for our week in town.

Relaxing in Steamboat

Relaxing in Steamboat The property was located in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The master bedroom was lovely. The owner, Eric, was very accommodating to our needs. The property had a children’s playground which we used a lot for our 17 month old grandson.
