Welcome to Aprés La Joy, a multi-level vacation home located in the Elevate neighborhood of Wildhorse Meadows where modern luxury and expansive amenities meet convenience! Beautifully designed and furnished with 3 outdoor spaces to enjoy, Aprés La Joy offers the perfect retreat for those looking to experience all Steamboat has to offer. The seasonal Wildhorse Gondola is just steps away and takes you directly to the base of the Steamboat ski area during the ski season. All Wildhorse Athletic Club amenities are at your disposal, along with a winter shuttle to take you dining downtown or over to the shopping center for groceries. When arriving at the property, park your vehicles in the 2 car, heated garage, and enter the home where you will have plenty of space to store your gear before heading up to the main living level. The main living level is an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen and a cozy living room with a modern gas fireplace below the flat screen TV. Relax into the plush wrap around sofa and enjoy the feeling of being at your home away from home. The modern kitchen island creates a comfortable seating area, keeping the chefs in the kitchen a part of the conversation!

The breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains from 3 outdoor spaces is what truly sets this home apart! The first, and most amazing, outdoor space is deck off the kitchen. This deck includes a glass garage door that opens up, blending indoor and outdoor living spaces to take advantage of our cool evening weather. This deck features a built in gas grill expanding the living area into the outdoors. The large deck on the third level provides the second outdoor living space, with a private hot tub, perfect for the aprés ski lifestyle. The third floor deck is accessed via the hallway at the top of the stairs. Both decks create unique settings to relax during the day or to watch the sunset in the evening with friends and family. The third outdoor space is a patio outside the front door with Adirondack chairs to sip your morning coffee or people watch any time of day.

Sleeping accommodations at Aprés La Joy include 3 bedrooms spread across 3 floors, creating privacy for each guest. A twin over queen style bunk bedroom with an ensuite bath is located on the ground level. The 2nd floor main level includes another bedroom with a queen bed and a shared hall bath just outside the bedroom door. The primary bedroom is on the 3rd level, with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Air conditioning throughout is a top feature of this home, allowing cool temperatures during the hottest weeks of the year!!

Four Seasons Steamboat manages this Steamboat vacation rental on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
