In the winter, you're steps from the mountain - and you'll love the view from your private balcony - and in the summer, you're surrounded by hiking, mountain biking, golf, and more. On-site amenities include a pool, hot tub, and gym.

    At home, start the day with coffee on the balcony and relish that view. Inside, you'll find comfortable furnishings and an open floor plan, perfect for spending time together. Use the full, well-equipped kitchen to whip up a meal, or step out to a nearby restaurant and let someone else do the cooking. After a day of adventures, return to relax in front of the gas fireplace, then stream the latest release on any of the three TVs. Mountain magic awaits - all that's left to do is book.

    The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, and underground on-site parking. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and you can shop to your heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

    Things to Know
    No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.
    Please be advised that there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in May of 2026.
    Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
    Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking.

Summer Mountain Town Trip

This condo had it all! Awesome location at the base of the mountain, walkable to many of the places on our list. Free bus to take us into town was a plus. Beds were comfortable, great shower pressure and well equipped kitchen. Highly recommend!

Hubby’s first Steamboat visit

One of the cleanest and well equipped properties we’ve stayed. Kitchen was spacious with new appliances and every gadget you needed. King bed was very comfortable and both showers had great water pressure.Location was perfect with walking distance to many spots we wanted and free bus to town was a plus.Definitely two thumbs up!

We loved how cozy and clean this property was. Fabulous location, honestly, couldn’t have been better!! We were there to downhill mountain bike and walked to the gondola. We felt like we couldn’t have chosen a better place. It was cozy, quiet and luxurious. We will definitely be staying here again!!!

Perfect

I don’t think there is a more convenient location for access to the mountain, lifts, bars and restaurants. Spacious condo exactly as advertised. Free shuttle to town and washer and dryer in the condo were used daily and great for families. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early. Would stay again.

A must stay in Steamboat Springs

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The furnishings maximized the space and provided everything we could need. Very important to us- the beds and bedding were fantastic. Loved the balcony with a view of Mt Werner-we spent most of our time out there. Walkable to everything in the ski village and a short drive to town. Parking, check-in and checkout were a breeze. We would love to come back to this exact unit in the future.

Great location! Very nicely done

We stayed with our two kids 5 and under. The condo was equipped with all cooking needs. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony. One afternoon we listened to live music on the balcony. Our kiddos loved the pool and 3 hot tubs!! My only request would be a fan. There is an air conditioner in the master but no flow to guest bedroom. We brought a fan for our kids which helped a lot. I was surprised how quiet it was around!

Lovely unit but ..

The unit is lovely but the TV system is from the 1990s. You have DISH and Netflix which okay if you had an account which we didn't. Since everyone streams now, I strongly suggest dropping dish and supplying ROKUs. Also, we went in the summer and the unit was hot. There was an air conditioner in the master bedroom but wasn't strong enough. The unit doesn't have any cross breeze so it does get hot. We strongly suggest to the owners to supply some portable room fans. With these upgrades, we would have given the unit five stars.

This condo was perfect for us. It was clean and cozy. The mattress on the beds were so comfortable. The restaurants were amazing on the lower level. Staff was super nice.
