Staveley Lagoon There are a series of small lakes or lagoons to the north and west of Steveley. These have formed in old gravel and clay workings and are now a reserve managed by the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust.

Really quiet room considering next to train station. Tne hotel is phenomenal and really nice. Front desk were extremely helpful as were bar staff. Well worth the stay, even if in the Annex. Negatives were bed was slightly uncomfortable and you don’t get all tv channels but otherwise, really good ...

The cottage was perfect for us it had all we could need the bed was comfy and it was lovely and warm , the area is lovely and quiet and we found it easy to catch the bus to knaresborough.Local pub was warm and friendly
