This spacious three-bedroom resort suite sleeps up to eight guests and measures approximately 1,000 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed in the private bedroom, one queen bed in the second bedroom, twin bed in the third guest bedroom and one queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Additional amenities include a full kitchen and dining area, gas fireplace and a balcony. Master may be loft style with no door. Maximum occupancy is eight. Private sleeping area sleeps six.


The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $250 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.


The check- in time is 4 p.m. at the main building on-site, and check out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to WorldMark Lake Tahoe is Reno-Tahoe Intl Airport 37 miles by car respectively.

No pets allowed. Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all WorldMark Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at WorldMark Managed or Not Managed locations.

The resort is at a high elevation of 7600 ft.
Barbecue areas are available seasonally from April-Oct.
During the winter months, Nevada and California law dictates that all vehicles must carry snow chains.
Pool and hot tub hours are 9 a.m.-10 p.m. Main pool and children's pool are seasonal, closed November-April annually. Hot tubs are open year-round. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.
