Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

Head to Zephyr Cove beaches to swim in the cobalt-blue waters of Lake Tahoe. Back at your two-story home, you'll be greeted by comfortable social spaces, a breezy balcony, and a private hot tub.

Large bay windows invite natural light into the living room. A wood-burning fireplace adds warmth to your game nights. A 50-inch TV with surround sound offers theater-style screenings. And the welcoming den is outfitted with a plush sofa bed and a 40-inch TV.

The kitchen includes a full suite of appliances. Sip local wine at the kitchen bar for three, and sit down to eat at the table in the dining area. On summer evenings, barbecue burgers on the balcony's gas grill and dine alfresco at the table for four. Afterwards, rejuvenate in the outdoor hot tub on the back patio.

The primary suite includes a 32-inch TV, a balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and a walk-in shower.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
