Perfect ski retreat that's only 5 mins to the Heavenly Ski Resort's Gondola! Come and enjoy your stay in this completely updated cozy cabin that's just mins to the skiing and fabulous night-life entertainment the South Lake is known for!

The home offers level parking area for 2 cars as well as having a level access to this single story home. Inside there are 2 king beds and 2 twins to accommodate 6 guests. After your day on the mountain sink into the brand new hot tub under Tahoe's amazing stars!

DOUGLAS COUNTY MANDATES

1. Short term rental permit: 08400705

2. Maximum occupancy 6-no exceptions

3. Guests are allowed parking for 2 vehicles only.

4. Parking permit must be displayed at all times on driver’s side of dashboard.

5. Quiet hours 9 PM to 8 AM will be strictly enforced.

6. The guest who rents must be 25 years of age or older.

7. The guest who rents must provide a photo copy of his or her driver’s license.

• Please note rental agreement must be completed within 24 hours of receiving.

Winters in Lake Tahoe-
In the Lake Tahoe area, there are 7 world class ski resorts from 5 minutes to 1 hour away. We enjoy more than 300 days of sunshine each year, giving the Sierra Nevada Mountains some of the best skiing conditions in the world. At lake level, annual snowfall averages 125 inches. At alpine skiing elevations, the snowfall averages 300 to 500 inches each year. Here in Lake Tahoe there is winter enjoyment for everyone:

Nice Place, Close to Everything

We enjoyed staying. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Comfotable beds, nice kitchen with everything needed to make a meal. Hot tub was a little small for more than a few people, but worked well. Would definitely stay here again

White Christmas

We stayed here over the Christmas holiday, it snowed almost 15 feet during the course of our stay! The house was warm and inviting, the beds were comfortable and the heated floors were perfect for the cold nights. The only real complaint was the cleanliness upon arrival. One of the toilets which had clean seal tape on it, was not cleaned. In fact it was backed up and not flushable. Location was amazing, would recommend to those who want to be close to downtown.

Great week in South Lake Tahoe!

My family of 4 enjoyed a wonderful New Years week at the house! The house is very well equipped and has everything that you need for a wonderful ski vacation. Close to everything! The hot tub was essential after long days skiing at Heavenly!

Perfect house for snow days

Clean and had everything necessary for a great snow vacation. Hot tub is a must. Showers were great. Nice little backyard. Big beds. I will return. We skied Heavenly from both sides and the house location made it easy.

Lovely house close to everything

The house was lovely. Had everything you needed - kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans. The backyard was fenced and great for the kids to play within. You have easy access to South Lake Tahoe casinos and restaurants.
