Our Pet Friendly 2BR Loft Townhome is furnished with care and located near hiking/biking trails & Heavenly's Stagecoach lift! We offer high speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, full bath, 1 Queen & 2 Twin beds w/ Luxury White Bedding, a clubhouse pool & hot tub, a wood burning fireplace, free parking, and fully stocked supplies. There is also a large balcony with pub table, Adirondack chairs, and it has a gorgeous mountain view! Your perfect home base to stay and play in Tahoe! VHRP20-1015

Our place is located on the 3rd floor of a condo building so there are three flights of stairs to climb in order to reach the front door. We are walking distance to the Tahoe Rim Trail, close to several beaches, and steps away from Heavenly Mountain!

Please be aware that this property is equipped with stairs, which may pose a challenge during the winter season or in adverse weather conditions. We strongly recommend exercising caution and taking appropriate safety measures when navigating these stairs during inclement weather. It is the responsibility of the occupants and visitors to use handrails if available, wear suitable footwear, and be mindful of slippery surfaces to ensure their safety while using the stairs. The property owner or management cannot be held liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur as a result of using the stairs under such conditions. Your safety is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

The Clubhouse Pool and Hot Tub belong to the community HOA and are located down the street (not walking distance but there's plenty of parking). The hot tub is open year-round and the heated swimming pool is open seasonally in the summertime only.

During your stay, please be aware that Lake Tahoe is home to bears. Keep food secure and follow local guidelines to avoid encounters.

Kindly be aware that after your booking is confirmed, a rental agreement and ID verification will be sent for you to complete to stay in compliance with local laws.

A cancellation fee of 5% of the total amount charged applies and is non-refundable.
PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly home, but please note that we charge an additional, non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $100 per booking, that must be collected separately after you've secured your booking if you plan on bringing your pet.

We love pets and welcome them, but pets do require additional cleaning due to hair and dander. We are allowing you to bring your furry friend, but please understand that we still need to clean the home properly for everyone, and this requires an additional pet cleaning fee.

Perfect size for two and a dog.

Great location. Close to the lifts. Love the fact that the large parking area was empty and full of snow when we were there, perfect for our dog to run around in a safe environment. The stairs was itself a workout as it was on the top floor. High elevation plus stairs, equals extra calories burned
