My husband and I reached new levels of relaxation during our weekend getaway! We spent most of our time enjoying the porch and the views. The bed was cozy and the shower was excellent. Everything was clean and comfortable. We visited a few vineyards and downtown Elkin. Hosts were very responsive to questions. 10/10 Highly recommend!

The ladder to the bedroom is very dangerous. I anticipated VRBO would place a strong interest in the safety of guests. Either the access to the 2nd floor is an oversight or safety isn't a core principle of VRBO. The outdoor setting is amazing however, the furniture is stained, unraveling and the cushions have lost all support and comfort.

Everything about the house was cozy and amazing. We had some issues come up with the house but the host were responsive and took care of the issues quickly. The only things we disliked were zero curtains in the bedroom area (that sun is BRIGHT at 7am) and there is a work garage behind the house that isnt shown in pics that had people continuously in and out driving by all weekend. We definitely plan to return in the future!

Getaway:)

We loved the tobacco barn. I liked that there was a tv in every space and a blackstone grill to cook on in the evenings while we watched the deer in the field. The hot tub was a plus! We explored Stone Mountain and Grassy Creek winery. Our favorite meal was the Angry Troll…besides my boyfriends amazing ham and burgers and squash on the grill and the decor in the barn is so cute and the host is quick to respond.
