"The hotel did not honour my booking and I had to try to find another hotel at 10 o’clock at night. They claimed they do not deal with hotels.com and couldn’t locate my booking, even although I had paid in full and had the confirmation paperwork. ‘Disappointing’ does not even come close."

"It"s s fraud hotel. Do not book rooms in this hotel. I booked 1 room for 5 days and paid the money online. Later I called the hotel and tried to cancel the booking so instead of cancelling the booking they asked me to contact Expedia. I contacted Expedia and they said they will contact the hotel for refund. They received the response from the hotel that they will not refund my money. So this hotel has zero customer care . My advice to Expedia that they should blacklist this hotel."

"Sheets were dirty. No towels. Boiler hatch didn't close in bathroom and boiler didn't work anyway. No WiFi in the room. We were told to go to the second floor and sit in the corridor for WiFi ! Breakfast was very basic. Front desk staff didn't seem bothered. Got moved to another room eventually. But not good. Still no WiFi. Other people we talked to at breakfast were having the same problems. Go somewhere else."

"First of all, I am convinced that a lot of the reviews on Google are either paid or written by friends. The hotel has no fitness center or breakfast available so that is just wrong information written by people who have never been here… Anyways you get what you paid for. When I entered my room the toilet was filled with grime and muddy footsteps. The sheets were also stained before I had slept on them. The service tends to be slow and inattentive. The boys are nice enough and mean well but they...
