"I was prepared to pay up for the Penn State whiteout, but not prepared to stay in such a filthy place. The carpets have not been washed in years. There were soda stains on the corridor and a general dirt film over the windows. An absolute embarrassment of the Ramada chain and should be embarrassed to have this offered to people. I will never stay here again.
At least the room was clean and the staff was friendly, but overall it looked like a scene out of the Norman Bates Hotel. One thing to...

"Clean and comfortable room. Air conditioning is a little intense if you’re sitting at the desk and it’s blowing directly on you but otherwise kept the room cool. Breakfast options were decent although not a fan of the coffee. Gym is pretty small and hours limited but at least there is a gym. Bed was comfortable and room a decent size for a short trip. Close to restaurants and campus."

"There was the stench of spilled beer in the lobby next to the elevator, but that didn't impact in my room so not the end of the world. The window in the room, did not have a blackout curtain however, and faced the parking lot, which had lights on overnight. This is a serious issue for sleeping, one of the main reasons for a hotel to exist."
