On the ground floor, the welcoming living area features a satellite television with a flat screen and opens directly onto the terrace, creating a seamless connection between the interior and the outdoors. An open kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and dining, and a dining table provides a convivial space for shared meals. A shower room with a separate WC completes the ground floor facilities. The upper floor is home to all 3 bedrooms: the first room contains 2 beds, the second room also features 2 beds, and the third room is furnished with 1 double bed, making the layout well suited to families or small groups.
