"Staff is always accommodating and wonderful! "

"Room was not clean. Hotel was a non-smoking rooms and had weed smokers on both side of me. Tv and air conditioner nonfinctioning, window would not open and at least 1/2" of dust on the inside wondow seal. Towels were orginally white, now brown in color "

"I didn’t give 5 stars because I did not utilize any amenities, so I can not say how they were. But people were in the pool, it seemed very clean when I looked at it. And also the mirror lights did not work, I told the front desk and she stated that they knew a few mirror lights did not work but had new ones ordered and would be replaced, so they are on top of maintenance! I would definitely stay here again! I stayed here for a conference held at a near by hotel."

What was not great was that after I checked in & settled in my room, another guest was given that room number for their stay so they came in my room. The front desk staff apologized but there really should have been more done for that significant of an issue."

"The raw sewage smell in the room was absolutely horrible. She explained that after the freeze this happens and in every room. They should have told us befor we checked in. She did comp us two dinners. The chicken dish was supposed to have a mornay sauce. They were out of it and brought it anyway, the chicken was cooked medium rare—-pink inside. The salad should have been tossed out two days earlier. I also have to call to get my room credit-points. I would not stay nor recommend this...

"Breakfast staff had an employee on one of the days that was compulsively rude and needed to be told several different times to leave our family alone. This resulted in that staff member spraying tables down and making sure the spray was hitting our family and food at the tables. Tried talking with management was told by a person at the desk they would talk to the employee. Submitted a complaint and received nothing back 6 days later. "

"Its an old hotel that they are renovating. But I have used it for many times in past years."

"Went there for a staycation specifically for our kids, pool was a death trap they had tile so if a child ran they would have slipped, cut up terrace in the pool where toddler could cus themselves if they grabbed it, property was disgusting. Beds everywhere in the hall ways. It was tweaker central. And we had canceled didn’t even stay there more than 30 minutes, went to another total, hotel never checked us out and canceled it so they were trying to pull each night out almost $400 they tried to...

"This is an older hotel that seems to have been updated nicely. My room was on the first floor and was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was updated and fresh. Breakfast was 6-10am and they had a great selection of hot and cold items to choose from. The coffee was fantastic. Craig, at the front desk, was friendly and efficient. We were only there for a quick overnight trip (UMary pick-up). This hotel looks just like the photos! It felt fresh and it was clean and...
