Welcome to Villa Calma I & II, newly built luxury retreats located in the charming town of Starigrad, nestled just below the magnificent Velebit mountain range in northern Dalmatia. With a privileged position just 35 meters from the shore, this villa offers an unparalleled view of the picturesque Velebit Channel and the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. The villa can accommodate up to 20 people, with 16 being the optimal number of guests for maximum comfort.

Accommodating up to 20 guests, Villa Calma I & II boasts eight luxuriously appointed bedrooms. Each room is carefully air-conditioned and comes with a modern bathroom featuring a luxurious shower and all necessary amenities. An additional pleasure is provided by the fascinating sunset views. For four additional guests, there are four beds available (90 x 200 cm), each located in a separate bedroom.

The heart of these villas lies in two fully equipped gourmet kitchens, awarded with a prestigious 5-star rating. Spacious and elegant living areas offer a rich selection of amenities, including smart satellite TV, a PlayStation, and a cozy fireplace that adds warmth and a special ambiance to the space.

Step out onto the expansive terrace and discover an oasis of tranquility with a glistening pool and waterfall. Surrounded by eight luxurious sun loungers, each pool is perfect for basking in the Mediterranean sun. The green lawn with elegant palm trees completes the idyllic atmosphere, ideal for unwinding on warm summer evenings.
