"The shower curtain and towels were very stained. The bathroom fan didn't work. The bedroom floor seemed slippery when barefoot. The security latch on the inside of the door was missing and the security instructions for locking the door were inaccurate. The room and building definitely needs refreshing."

"The hotel was surface clean, I dropped my glasses near the nightstand and there was a ton of old food. Staff was great, hot tub was nice, and there was plenty of parking."

"This place is absolutely terrible!!! 10//10 would not recommend. Property and Rooms are disgustingly dirty/moldy, not maintained. This was the only place available for the dates we stayed in St. Croix, other wise I would have double payed for any other hotel and left immediately. Chris the at the front desk was nice."

"Staff was super rude. We tried to leave immediately but she wouldnt do a refund so we went up to the room. We felt unsafe and we stayed a total of 5 min. Before driving over to the comfort inn and stayed there. Now that was a beautiful hotel with wonderful employees"
