Large Upscale House for 17 with Firepit in Star

Summary:
This house is made for large groups of up to 17 people. The spacious kitchen accommodates several cooks, and the dining table is for 10 people, with the option (and the chairs) to squeeze in 2 more. All beds have high-quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. The kitchen and all bathrooms have been completely remodeled with granite and tile. I bought this house in 2019 and have furnished it all new.
15 guests will have a real bed, 2 will have a queen size air mattress.

Guest Access:
You can use the house as well as the garage, as well as the backyard.

The Neighborhood:
The house is in a residential neighborhood and on a very quiet street. To Boise airport: 30 min. To Bogus Basin: 1 hr 10 min. To Eagle: 12 min. To Idaho Central Arena: 30 min. To Eagle Ada Sports Complex: 16 min. To Eagle Tennis Club: 14 min.

Getting Around:
You will definitely want to have a car.

This house is owned by Sam Wenzel, owner and operator of Boise Vacation Rentals LLC. As you know, a professional host who manages their own rentals is the best of both worlds: professional management coupled with the care only an owner can bring to a property.

Our team is local to Boise and Meridian. We prefer efficient, streamlined communication. Time is our most valuable resource. The best way to interact with us is via SMS/Text. We will respond within the hour.

Great family place

The house was big for our family with plenty of beds and bathrooms. It was clean. There were some issues with check in codes but Sam was available and able to address. Thank you for a great house to be in for Christmas with family.

Cozy and comfortable

Perfect place to visit family. We enjoyed the cozy comfort of the home. Everything was clean and neat. It also was equipped with so many things in the kitchen so we could entertain for dinner without any issues.

Great Property and nicely stocked!

I stayed here with a group of runners and chaperones for the Nike XC races. It was great! Plenty of room for the 10 of us and the house has all of the basics needed to cook and clean up several people. We appreciated the outside space, use of the BBQ and fire pit, as well as the quiet neighborhood and private setting. The house was clean. There were a few odd things we didn’t have the opportunity to mention to the managers. One of the TVs didn’t work and a few of the wall outlets. The water had a strong chlorine smell and taste but we are all used to well water so perhaps that is normal for some people. We ended up buying drinking water.The location was great, near shopping and restaurants.

Great home for out of town wedding.

The latest girthing of the Lindsay Clan, Star, Idaho

This home is centrally located in Treasure Valley near shopping, site seeing, skiing, hiking, biking, and many other attractions with in 20 mile radius. We enjoyed playing games, roasting marshmallows on the fire pit, while waiting for new year fire works.

Fantastic Stay

This home was cozy with plenty of space for all of us. It sits in a quiet little neighborhood and has a fantastic backyard. Yes, it's winter time, however, we enjoyed the fire pit and the covered back porch. There were plenty of dishes and all the pots/pans needed to cook our meals. Communication with the property management was stellar. We will stay here again.

Great place to stay,

Loved the central location and the space of the layout. The beds were so comfortable, the backyard was a great space for children, and it really fit 3 married couples, four children and three single adults comfortably. Wonderful experience!!

Home away from home

My large extended family and I traveled to Boise to attend my son's graduation and wanted to maximize our time together. This beautiful house served as our comfortable home base for the trip. Comfortably slept 15, great layout, and wonderful backyard. Every interaction with Sam the host was great! She was extremely responsive, had thorough/clear communication, and even included a bunch of great restaurant recommendations. If I ever travel to the Boise area again with a large group, I will definitely stay here again!

Family Get Together

The home was perfict for our family get together. Home was clean, well furnished and conferrable for all. It matches the description in the listing - we were not disappointed at all. The kitchen had all the cooking and table ware needed; the living area downstares was great and the upstairs bedrooms awesome. we also enjoyed the backyard patio area. The owner, Sam communicated often and wanted to make sure we had everything needed for our 6 day stay. I highly recommend this rental home. Thank you Sam for everything.

Roomy and Relaxing

It was everything that's posted and more There’s more beds than we needed, everyone was able to stretch out and entertain ( w/ 5 adult kids and friends stopping by). We were in town for my son’s Fire Academy Graduation. I like cooking big breakfast for all who’ll show up It was perfect (w/ the island, Kit table and Patio) It also has a roomy 3 car garage (if the weather doesn’t permit you to go out - my kids have lots of energy and the backyard was awesome We’ll be back

Great for multiple families - large group

This home is well maintained, clean and has lots of sleeping space. We came to the Boise area for a youth baseball tournament and shared this house with 2 other families. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house is in a great location, not too far from all of the fun activities that the Boise area has to offer. We would definitely stay here again!

Family reunion

We had our family reunion here. We planned for 17 but only 7 people were able to attend. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful and safe. The house was clean and well appointed. It’s close to grocery stores and shopping. We toured the College of Idaho Campus while we were there. We had a good time and everyone loved the place!

Family reunion in Boise

My husband and I rented this home for our adult children and grandchildren (7 adults/3 young children total) for the week to join our extended family for a week full of activities in Boise. This house fit all of us comfortably and was a perfect central location to reach all of the events as well as outdoor activities. House was well stocked as we used kitchen to make and share meals. Plenty of towels and laundry area was appreciated. Ample space in backyard for kids and adults as well as a outdoor table to enjoy the outdoors when the sun did not set until 9:30pm during out stay. Hosts were quick to respond if we had questions! Thank you

Family wedding

The house was perfect for our large family to stay together while being in the area to attend our youngest son’s wedding. Perfect set up for each family unit to have their own bedroom together, with plenty of bathrooms to shower and bathe young children. The kitchen and living room spaces were large and roomy to fit us all. The garage was spacious to accompany our loaded vehicles, coming from out of state with camping plans on the way home.
